Math
The students are learning how to choose between cats and dogs as well as
learning how to ask other people questions.
In order to succeed with this greeting, students need to know how to tell
the difference between a cat and dog as well as count.
The teacher should instruct the student to follow the directions on the
board when they enter the classroom. Then the students should read the board
and follow the instruction to the best of their abilities.

The students need to learn how to raise their hands if they want to share
as well as answer any question their classmates might have regarding their
answer.

The children are learning how fractions work through a real life example.
In order to succeed with this group activity, students must identify each
other’s eye colors and put their classmates in the correct color group. They
must also be able to determine how many people are in their group and how many
people are in the class as a whole to find their group’s fraction.
The teacher will help with anyone whose eye color can not be determined as
well as help with fractions for those who do not fully understand the concept.

Children are learning how to read out loud in front of their peers as well as
allowing their peers to answer the questions.
The teacher will call on somebody to read a section of the morning message or
the whole morning message. In order to be called on, the student must be on their
best behavior.
