Guided by the need to engage the sectors, the SUCBEM Cluster formulated the Cluster
TASK Campaign Plan which aims to create consultative and convergent platforms for sectors

FRAMEWORK 1. To arrive at a common understanding on the significance of a unified
organizing strategy building towards the refocusing of the NTF’s organizing
