1) E-Z-GO Front Suspension SYSTEM

The complete front strut was designed and developed from the project stage.
Various combinations of damping forces and spring rates were tried out during
design finalization. The strut underwent rigorous testing and evaluation on Test
track, Bump dyno and 4 – Pole tester before customer’s approval.
The whole assembly of hub with bearings, spindle, A-Arm link and bushings is
being supplied for the past ten years.

2) AIXAM –MEGA, FRANCE –Electric car / Van

Developed Front strut with unique mounting arrangement which eliminated
their top rubber mounts prematurely.
Developed complete Hub subassembly, Swing Arm subassembly

3) Polaris, USA
Developed Front strut with unique mounting arrangement which eliminated
their top rubber mounts prematurely.
Developed complete Hub subassembly, Swing Arm subassembly
Developed Suspension Ball joints
1) Shocks - M&M 3-Wheeler Load Carrier
Optimum designs were evolved based on their load requirements and expected life. For
several years Rambal maintained ‘Only Supplier status’ for these parts.
2) Steering damper for EXMARK Lawn Mower
Designed and developed a new mono-tube steering damper after hundreds of trials lasting
through several months. Designed & fabricated a Damping Force Test rig for 100 % testing of
these parts using dead weight. The customer was so satisfied with the performance of our new
damper that he had all of the dampers originally fitted on their vehicles (which were having
inconsistent performance) replaced with our parts.
3) Rear Suspension for Utility vehicle manufacturer in USA
The complete Rear strut was re-designed and developed from the project stage. A tuning Kit
was developed to achieve various combinations of damping forces and spring rates. Rambal
team visited the customer’s facility in USA and fine-tuned the damping forces practically on the
Test track.
4) Coil-Over-Shocks for an Electric Car manufacturer in USA
These shocks were needed to undergo rigorous testing on rough tracks in a desert, where
extremely high temperatures prevail, for a minimum no of hours to pass. .
5) Heavy duty shocks for Air-Suspension fitted buses
Designed & developed Heavy duty shocks that do not leak at very high temperature conditions
and do not break under extreme loads.
6) Heavy duty shocks for Truck- Trailers
