Introduction
          Technological devices such as mobile cellular became a
huge part of many children and adolescents. The coronavirus
disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic occurred at a time of
outstanding scientific progress and global digitalization which
resulted in educational changes such as the shifting of the
learning environment. Teaching and learning activities have
always been taking place in a formal environment, now that
Covid 19 Pandemic has risen, face-to-face interactions became
a teaching or learning that are undertaken remotely on digital
platforms (Li & Lalani, 2020). It led students to spend more
time at home with major use of technological devices. So, the
usage of mobile cellular increased over time goes by.
According to the statistics of Statista (statista.com) that 72.1%
in the Philippines are a mobile cellular user, in which increases
as the year goes on. So in this study, we are ought to know the
percentage usage of the SCPT students with their mobile
cellular before and during face-to-face classes. 
Reasons why we chose this topic:

- It caters our program's interest which is the ICT. 


- We can  be able to provide information about the percentage
usage of mobile phones before and during f2f of SPCT
students. 
 - To know what to change with the learning system and the
effect of both learning system by the accessibility of students. 
Significance of the Study
The findings of this study will benefit the ff;
•  The researchers
            This study will give crucial information that will guide the researchers in
discovering credible and reliable factors. Indeed, this study will be a source of
enlightenment for their future studies. 
• Information and Communication technology (ICT)
            By accomplishing this study, it would give the Information communication
Technology a huge assist knowing that one of their duties is to attain some datas
regarding on the percentage usage of students in their mobile ellular as an online
access for learning.
• Department of Education. 
             Since our study will include students, this would be a benefit by
knowing the percentage usage of mobile cellular  before and during
face-to-face classes. Not only that, it could also be a step of adjustment
for improving a learning system.  
•  Student’s Parents.
             Parents with SPCT students will also benefit from this study
since they can assure the quality of education their child is getting from
the financial amount they invest in their chosen school.
