PROPOSED INNOVATIONS, INTERVENTIONS AND STRATEGY

 Pre –implementation
Teachers calling the attention of the parents in Grade five class through texting and also
during distribution of modules. As evident of our GSA consolidations during first and second
quarter it reveals that the Grade five learners needs improvement in Mathematics subject.
 Implementation
The researchers performed differentiated strategies to cope the needs of the learners, in
retrieving the modules parents interviewed personally about the problems and the needs of
the pupils on what intervention the teacher can give. Because not all learners have the
same problem in Mathematics. Others find difficult in the basic operations only, while others
find difficult in problem solving. That is why the researchers must prepare some
interventions to solve the problem based on the Covid 19 protocols.
 Post implementation
The district researcher validators shall monitor team and researchers study whether it has
been completed, validated, and continuously facilitating buy – in of key learning or insights
to the other colleagues or institutions for its great impact in the new normal education and
even during Face -to-Face (F2F) situations.
