    Introduction
    • The project (FSL Haryana) includes determining the
    processes and procedures from the technical, logistical and
    operational point of view.
    • It is also required to establish whether the project will be
    implemented successfully not only to meet meaningful
    rationale but also in aspects to withstand legal, economical
    and technical viability as well.
    • The scope of the project is limited to implementing the model

    • Admin Panel will Register the Institute /Laboratory entry
    on new Forensic Science Laboratory Request
    • New Registered FSL related necessary master data will
    be Provided by the admin
    • Director will add the required master data related to
    laboratory and also register its Divisions along with
    division head with respective users
    • Director also register or specify the Reception of
    Laboratory/institute and their respective users
    • Reception will received the packet and divide into parcel
    and alot them to their respective division head
    • Division head will accept/reject the packet if accept then
    break into article/Exhibit assign to laboratory user for
    final report
    • Laboratory User Will examine the sample and upload
    related report and Digitally signed the document for final
    approval/Digital Sign of director l
    • Director will approve the final report and digitally sign to
    give approval to dispatch to reception
    • Reception receive the final report along with sample
    article/Exhibit to dispatch along with entry of method to
    dispatch and covernote(its auto generated by the
    system)
    • At every approval history will be maintained in the
    application
    • Tracking of every article and parcel can be done by
    director and HOD to know the current status
    • Related to Digital Sign ,One digital sign will register
    against one user only
