WHAT IS A CONDOMINIUM?
A condominium (or condo) is a building complex containing a number of
individually owned apartments with shared facilities.
WHAT IS A CO-WORKING SPACE?

Coworking space is basically a type of workplace where we share the same
work environment, thus making a community in the same area.
Coworking spaces are designed to provide a productive and collaborative
environment for their dynamic inhabitants, and created without corporate
constraints on what is perceived to be an “office” environment offering
flexible memberships to suit most needs.

KITCHEN
• Every kitchen must have provision for washing

utensils, with proper connection to drainage.
• The kitchen must be provided with an impermeable
floor.
• The kitchen must open into an interior or exterior
open space and should not be less than one sq metre.
• The kitchen should not open into a shaft.
• No chutes to be used in buildings above 15 metres.
TOILET
• Bath and WC (combined): 1800mm X 1800mm to 1800mm X 2500mm
• Bathroom (separate): 1200mm X 1800mm

system. Where no such system exists, a septic tank shall be provided
within the plot conforming to the requirements.
