INTRODUCTION
Established in 1910.
The Company was incorporated on August 24, 1910 under the name Imperial Tobacco Company of
India Limited, the name of the Company was changed to India Tobacco Company Limited in 1970
and then to I.T.C. Limited in 1974.

OBJECTIVE:

● NIMYLE:
Nimyle Herbal is a floor cleaner that derives its efficacy from Neem extracts. Its
unique Chlorine free formulation & 100% Natural action* ensures germ free
floors for children & pets protecting them from germs that cause 100 diseases.

The Nimyle range of products is designed with naturally derived ingredients that
completely excludes any chlorine based active systems, bleach, ammonia or
QUATS compounds in the formulation.
● FROZEN FOOD:
Frozen food means articles in package form used for food or drink for man or other
animals, which have been preserved by freezing.Frozen foods retain their vitamins and
minerals and there is no change to the carbohydrate, protein or fat content. In some
cases, frozen foods have more vitamins and minerals compared to fresh because fresh
foods lose vitamins and minerals over time while freezing preserves nutrients.
● MILLET BUSCITES:
ITC launches its first millet cookies under the Sunfeast Farmlite brand, as
part of the 'ITC Mission Millet' initiative.
Available in two variants – Multi Millet & Choco-chip Multi Millet, the millet
cookies are made from a blend of millets, including ragi, jowar (sorghum) and
contains no added maida. The cookies are a source of iron, protein and fibre.
Additionally, the inclusion of choco-chips in the Choco-chip Multi Millets variant
adds a touch of indulgence.
● ONDC:

The Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) is a groundbreaking technological


initiative that seeks to revolutionize India’s digital commerce ecosystem. With a primary
objective of addressing the numerous challenges faced by consumers and businesses in the
online marketplace, including monopolistic practices, multiple delivery applications, and
user convenience issues, ONDC aims to leverage advanced technology to establish a fair
and open digital commerce network.
● SBIR:
Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program,The platform aims to create
new opportunities, curb digital monopolies and by supporting micro, small and
medium enterprises and small traders and help them get on online platforms. It is
an initiative of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT)
under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

CONCLUSION
The ITC Group of Companies has come a long way since its inception as a tobacco
company in the year 1910. Over the years, the company diversified into multiple
industries. Presently the ITC Group of Companies is one of the largest
conglomerates in India.Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Hotels, Paperboards and
Packaging, Agri Business and Information.
ITC has a loyal customer base and products such as asshirvaad gets lot of
sales whereas nimyle and nimeasy needs attention. ITC can market and attract a
broader customer base while retaining existing ones. Over the last decade, ITC's
new Consumer Goods Businesses have established a vibrant portfolio of 25 world-
class Indian brands that create and retain value in India. ITC's world class FMCG
brands including Aashirvaad, Sunfeast, Yippee!, Bingo!, B Natural, ITC
Master Chef, Fabelle, Sunbean, Fiama, Engage, Vivel, Savlon, Classmate,
Paperkraft, Mangaldeep, Aim and others have garnered encouraging
consumer franchise within a short span of time.
ITC promoting their brands through advertisement campaign as well as
door to door promotion. ITC is also focusing on Retailers and Wholesalers
to promote their brand. The demand of their product in very low, because
people don't know about their brands very well.
