saying, What is man, that thou art mindful

I. IN HIS TRIALS AND
TEMPTATIONS
•1 Corinthians 10:12-13 Wherefore
let him that
thinketh he standeth take heed lest he
fall. There hath no temptation taken you
but such as is common to man: but God
is faithful, who will not suffer you to be
tempted above that ye are able; but will
with the temptation also make a way to
escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
A. WE ARE IN THE PALM OF GOD
•John 10:28-29 And
I give unto them eternal
life; and they shall never perish, neither
shall any man pluck them out of my
hand. My Father, which gave them me,
is greater than all; and no man is able
to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
1. POLISHING
•Job 23:8-10Behold,
I go forward, but he is not
there; and backward, but I cannot perceive
him: On the left hand, where he doth work,
but I cannot behold him: he hideth himself
on the right hand, that I cannot see him: But
he knoweth the way that I take: when he
hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
2.PURIFYING
•1 Peter 1:6-7 Wherein
ye greatly rejoice, though now
for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness
through manifold temptations: That the trial of

might be found unto praise and honour and
glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
3.PERFECTING
•James 1:2 -5 My
brethren, count it all joy when ye fall
into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the
trying of your faith worketh patience. But let
patience have her perfect work, that ye may be
perfect and entire, wanting nothing. If any of
you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth
to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it
shall be given him.

and not for ours only, but also for the
sins of the whole world.

daily ministering and offering
oftentimes the same sacrifices, which
can never take away sins:

offered one sacrifice for sins for ever,
sat down on the right hand of God;
2. SATAN
• Rev.12:9-10 And
the great dragon was cast out, that old
serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which
deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the
earth, and his angels were cast out with him. And I
heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come
salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our
God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser
of our brethren is cast down, which accused them
before our God day and night.
