Problem definition:

The cost of designing business websites is a significant concern for many small-business owners. As a
result, many take shortcuts like using a free template or hosted solutions like Wix which leads to poor,
generic and unprofessional websites.

We found that approximately 60% of the customers that we interviewed are facing this problem.
