Note to students:
This presentation was designed to help you learn to play the recorder. You move through the lesson by clicking the mouse to move from slide to slide. Click on the symbol to play sound clips. Take your time to read and practice each slide. You should be able to play a song on the recorder when you finish this lesson.
This is a recorder.
This is a halo holder that you have on your recorder. You will start karate recorder in fourth grade and earn new string colors. For now, its red.
We dont use the cleaners in my room. You may use it at home with a small rag to clean out the inside of your recorder. You may also put your plastic recorder in the dishwasher. It does a good job of cleaning it without using the rod. RECORDERS NEED TO BE CLEANED ONCE A MONTH AND AFTER YOUVE BEEN SICK.
This is a little rhyme to help you learn how to hold the recorder.
The recorder in your right hand is where we will begin...
with 1 its B
with 2 its A
