- Untuk Cummins Parts policy adalah UT tidak stock order, transaksi UT create Purchase Order direct ke
Altrak (Single Billing Rate)
Emergency Order
- Proses pemenuhan demand customer order atas stock yang tidak available di UT, order type by Air Freight
- Lead Time Supply jika available di supplier : KMG 11 hari, KAC 12 hari
- KAC via KMSI ada 2 type EO : Emergency Order (2x24) dan Critical Order/Machine down (1x24 jam)
- KAC type Packaging : Tropical Packaging / Without Tropical Packaging
- Overweight regulation : Jika berat > 60 Kg ada biaya tambahan yang di bebankan customer (sharing cost)
- Policy Order EO KAC :
> Untuk E/O (Emergency Order) maksimum Order Quantity per 1 nomor Purchase Order adalah 4
x Machine Quantity.
> Untuk C/O (Critical Order) maksimum Order Quantity per 1 nomor Purchase Order adalah

- Return parts ke supplier setahun sekali untuk parts non moving/dead stock.
