Teams and organizations new to agile quickly discover that adopting agile frameworks causes pain. This is normal and to be expected; however, they often address only the symptoms in attempting to alleviate their pain and never truly get to the root cause dysfunction that needs to be treated. This presentation outlines some of the most common pains, explores the course that teams and organizations most often attempt, and suggests treatments that will have longer-lasting impactful effects.
