Construction of the mis-en-
scene in the music video
Location 1
 Our first location is Sammie’s house.
 We have chosen this location because it’s easy for all of our group and cast to
travel to, so it wont take that much planning, or money when we need to do our
filming.
 When filming in this area, we’re going to be using Sammies bedroom and living
room mainly.
 The props we’re going to be using is a clock because we want to display to the
audience that our main character is waiting for ages, and feel this is the best way
to do it by using a time lapse of the clock.
Location 2
 Our second location is
Chew Valley Lake.
 This is not far from
sammie’s, so we can
try film this scene in
the same day as when
all our group and cast
travel to sammie’s.
 We’re not going to
need any props for
this
Location 3
 Our third location is
Cineworld over Hengrove
 For this scene we need to ask
permission to use an empty
screening room because they
do not allow filming in rooms
currently displaying a film
 For this filming we will need
props such as popcorn and a
drink to make the date more
realistic like
Location 4
 Sutton spice is also an
easy place to travel to
which is down the road
from sammies, and
make’s it more likely for
more of our cast and
group to be present
when we need them to
be.
 We’re going use drinks
as the props as if to say
their waiting for their
meal, but then film them
laughing and getting on
Location 5
 Like most of the destinations we
are filming in, the red lion is
located in bishop Sutton which
benefits us massively as we can get
quite a lot of filming done in one
day without running all over the
place
 We’re going to be using drinks as
a prop for this when all the ‘lads’
are sitting around the table.
 We are trying to plan this trip so
we go when the pub is quite quiet
so it the filming can run smoothly.
