This document summarizes the locations being scouted to film a movie trailer and film. The main filming location will be a house which is suitable for many indoor and outdoor scenes. The neighbor's house exterior will be used to build tension and suspense about the neighbor. Two sheds on the property, one appearing dark and suspicious, will serve as the neighbor's shed and a place where someone is being held. The garden will be used for a scene where a ball is kicked over and a character climbs over the fence, making it convenient for filming.

The House / Neighbours house  This is the location that we will be shooting the majority of our movie in. We think this will be a suitable location because inside of the house and the garden are very suitable for the scenes we need to shoot. We will also use the outside of the house for the beginning of the trailer, so we can foreshadow that something bad will happen to the neighbours house. The house on the right will be the neighbours house, this is perfect because from the outside it has a very sinister and dark feel. This will hopefully allow us to build tension and suspension, that the neighbour is not the innocent old man he feels like.
Sheds / Garden  In the location we are using to shoot our trailer, we have two sheds available, which is extremely convenient. For the shed on the right, this will most likely be the neighbours shed, since it looks dark and suspicious.
Inside of the Shed As you can see, the inside of the shed is also very dark, which may be a perfect setting. However, we may use this for where the old lady is being held. The room looks extremely vacant, and may be a perfect setting for the kids to be caught. We may also use the inside of this shed to shoot our teaser trailer, because in general, it looks extremely dark and suspicious.
Garden  The garden will be used as one of the main build ups for the trailer, since that is where the ball is kicked over. As you can also see, it is quite easy to climb over, therefore making it extremely convenient for us to shoot the scene of Joel climbing over.
