1. P45 Identification
• Once the P45 identification is run, then in P45 Identification Results GBR we need to show two other options in the
drop down under the column “P45 Generation Flag” along with the current Option to print P45.

2. P45 Softcopy via email
• If Payroll admin selects “Produce P45 and send via e-mail”, then the generated P45 will be sent to the employee
registered email address in a HMRC recommended template.

• If Payroll admin selects “Produce P45 and enable in ESS”, then the employee can view P45 in their self service.
