New business development for automotive recycler market.
• Designed automotive recycler business model using business model canvas technique. This required
establishing customer relationships with local automotive recyclers to understand their market,
identify customer segments, determine distribution channels and define the value proposition.
• Implemented automotive recycler website and automotive recycler dealer eStore in 60 days. Scope included
product portfolio selection and price strategy as well as developing a partnership with the Customer Contact
Center to manage inbound and outbound calls.
• This was a special assignment during my time as the Division IT Manager for the Automotive Aftermarket Division
