a- Overstock of finished product in the warehouse
b- Huge amount of uncollected debts
c- Unstable production plan
d- Unscheduled plan for purchasing raw materials
e- Shortage in sales
Accomplishments:
 Preparing & presenting 2010 sales budget
 Managing expansion of sales all over the region of Africa, Middle East & GCC
 Managing & developing Sales & Marketing department through re-structuring the sales team by
evaluating the existing salespeople and determining the number of salesmen and sales supervisor
needed and handling an ongoing training for both product knowledge and technical training &
sales skills and techniques training.
 Helping sales supervisors in augmenting sales strategies and targets
 Managing and handling major accounts inside KSA ex. Bin Laden group & Saudi Oger group

 Managing and developing new business relationships outside the KSA mainly GCC countries

new methods of payments which helps in decreasing the amount of uncollected debts without
