Cecil de Cardonnel, Baroness Dynevor of Dynevor1

     Cecil de Cardonnel, Baroness Dynevor of Dynevor was born in July 1735. She was the daughter of William Talbot, 1st Earl Talbot and Mary de Cardonnel.2 She married, secondly, Robert Wilson.1 She married, firstly, Rt. Hon. George Rice, son of Edward Rice and Lucy Trevor, on 16 August 1756.1 She died on 14 March 1793 at age 57.
     She was given the name of Cecil Talbot at birth.1 From 16 August 1756, her married name became Rice. She succeeded as the 2nd Baroness Dynevor of Dynevor, co. Carmarthen [G.B., 1780] in 1782.1 On 21 May 1787 her name was legally changed to Cecil de Cardonnel by Royal Licence, under the terms of her mother's will.1

     Rt. Hon. George Rice was born in 1726.2 He was the son of Edward Rice and Lucy Trevor.3 He married Cecil de Cardonnel, Baroness Dynevor of Dynevor, daughter of William Talbot, 1st Earl Talbot and Mary de Cardonnel, on 16 August 1756.1 He died on 3 August 1779.
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Carmarthenshire between 1754 and 1779.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Carmarthenshire between 1755 and 1779.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)1 He lived at Newton, Carmarthenshire, WalesG.1

     Anna Theresa Cockerell was born on 20 February 1836.3 She was the daughter of Commander Richard Howe Cockerell and Theresa Newcomen.1 She married Charles John Chetwynd Chetwynd-Talbot, 19th Earl of Shrewsbury, son of Henry John Chetwynd-Talbot, 18th Earl of Shrewsbury and Lady Sarah Elizabeth Beresford, on 15 February 1855.1 She died on 29 July 1912 at age 76.1
     Anna Theresa Cockerell usually went by her middle name of Theresia.1 Her married name became Chetwynd-Talbot. After her marriage, Anna Theresa Cockerell was styled as Countess of Shrewsbury on 4 June 1868.

     Charles Henry John Chetwynd-Talbot, 20th Earl of Shrewsbury was born on 13 November 1860.1 He was the son of Charles John Chetwynd Chetwynd-Talbot, 19th Earl of Shrewsbury and Anna Theresa Cockerell.2 He married Ellen Mary Palmer-Morewood, daughter of Charles Rowland Palmer-Morewood and Hon. Georgiana Byron, on 21 June 1882.1 He died on 7 May 1921 at age 60.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Talbot of Hensol, co. Glamorgan [G.B., 1733] on 11 May 1877.1 He succeeded as the 5th Viscount Ingestre, co. Stafford [G.B., 1784] on 11 May 1877.1 He succeeded as the 20th Earl of Shrewsbury [E., 1442] on 11 May 1877.1 He succeeded as the 20th Earl of Waterford [I., 1446] on 11 May 1877.1 He succeeded as the 5th Earl Talbot of Hensol, co. Glamorgan [G.B., 1784] on 11 May 1877.1 He held the office of High Steward of Staffordshire.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.) in 1907.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Staffordshire Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Major between 1914 and 1915 in the Remount Department.1 He was Staff Officer to GOC Mersey Defences on 10 October 1915.1 He owned a large fleet of hansom cabs.1

     Charles John Alton Chetwynd-Talbot, Viscount Ingestre was born on 8 September 1882.1 He was the son of Charles Henry John Chetwynd-Talbot, 20th Earl of Shrewsbury and Ellen Mary Palmer-Morewood.2,1 He married Lady Winifred Constance Hester Paget, daughter of Lord Alexander Victor Paget and Hon. Hester Alice Stapleton-Cotton, on 23 April 1904.2 He died on 8 January 1915 at age 32.2
     He was styled as Viscount Ingestre between 1882 and 1915.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1900 in the Royal Horse Guards.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1902.1 He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1907.1 He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.)2 He gained the rank of Temporary Captain.1 He fought in the First World War.1

Hester Alice Stapleton-Cotton.1 She married, firstly, Charles John Alton Chetwynd-Talbot, Viscount Ingestre, son of Charles Henry John Chetwynd-Talbot, 20th Earl of Shrewsbury and Ellen Mary Palmer-Morewood, on 23 April 1904.1 She married, secondly, Richard Edmunds Pennoyer, son of Albert Adams Pennoyer, on 2 August 1917.1 She died on 18 April 1965.4

Cyril Randell Crofton and Ruth Josephine Emily Evans.1,2 She married John George Charles Henry Alton Alexander Chetwynd Chetwynd-Talbot, 21st Earl of Shrewsbury, son of Charles John Alton Chetwynd-Talbot, Viscount Ingestre and Lady Winifred Constance Hester Paget, on 24 February 1936.3 She and John George Charles Henry Alton Alexander Chetwynd Chetwynd-Talbot, 21st Earl of Shrewsbury were divorced in 1963.3 She died on 19 February 2003 at age 90 at Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, England.4

     Doris Aileen Mortlock usually went by her middle name of Aileen.1 After her marriage, Doris Aileen Mortlock was styled as Countess of Shrewsbury on 18 October 1963. From 18 October 1963, her married name became Chetwynd-Talbot.
