In a recent blog post, Jisc Collections reported how the Springer Compact agreement was progressing in the UK. 英ウェルカム財団は9月6日、出版社に対するオープンアクセス（OA）論文の要件を公開し、2017年4月より施行する。 出版社が論文掲載料（APC）を受け取るためには、PubMed Central(PMC)への論文アップロード、訂正あるいは撤回の更新、CC BYの適用、またAPCの還付方針の提供が求められている。今回の要件の公開は、出版社のOA方針の順守状況に関する調査を反映したもの。 合計で同財団の助成研究論文の50％を発行しているワイリー社、シュプリンガーネイチャー社、OUP、英国王立協会、PLOSはこの要件に署名している。 [ニュースソース] Wellcome introduces open access requirements for publishers － Wellcome Trust 2016/9/6
