花椒 シュガー＆ スパイス 麻辣湯の店がひしめく高田馬場で2022年にオープンした「花椒 シュガー＆ スパイス（SUGAR＆SPICE）」。ほかの現地さながらの店とは異なり、おしゃれなカフェのような内観で、入りやすく居心地が良い。 麻辣湯は、薬膳スープとトッピング3品と春雨が「基本セット」（799円、以下全て税込み）。トッピングは1つ132円で追加できる。28種類のスパイスを組み合わせたスープは薬膳の味わいが特徴的。店主によれば本国でも薬膳麻辣湯は珍しく、「健康にも良い薬膳スープを日本人にも食べてほしい」と同店をオープンしたそうだ。 このほか、さらに激辛な一人火鍋の「冒菜（マオツァイ）」や「四川火鍋」もある。
