H-１Bビザは外国人がアメリカにある会社で働くためには最も一般的な就労ビザです。LビザやEビザのように管理職以上でなければいけないなどというポジションの規定がないので、新卒者でも取得可能です。しかしＨ－１Bビザにもいくつかの取得条件があります。まず、アメリカの会社かまたはアメリカでビジネスをしている個人がスポンサーにならなければいけません。そして、高度な専門分野の職業に発行されます。ファッションモデルでない限り、少なくとも学士以上の学位をその申請する専門分野で持っていなくてはなりません。加えて、その申請している職業が、免許を必要としている場合、その免許が必要です。例えば、公認会計士として就職するためには、その免許が必要なわけです。また、最低でも専門分野の職業を必要とするビザですから、見なし規定として、最低でも大学の学士が必要となります。もし、学士を持たずにH-1Bビザを申請する場合には、自
