社員の「やる気」を指標化し、投資家などに公表しようという取り組みを東京の経営コンサルティング会社が始めました。 それによりますと「やる気」の指標化は、社員に会社の組織風土や制度、職場環境などおよそ130の質問をし、「満足度」と「期待度」を５段階で評価してもらい、結果を偏差値として算出します。 「満足度」だけでなく「期待度」も尋ねることで、社員が会社や上司などに求めていることや、社員がやる気を落としている要因などを分析できるということです。 コンサルティング会社は、この「やる気」の偏差値を格付けすることで、売り上げや利益などからはわからない会社の状態を表す指標として投資家などに活用してもらえるとしています。 開発した「リンクアンドモチベーション」の小笹芳央会長は「社員のやる気は経営陣も投資家にとっても重要な要素だが、決算書などでは見ることができない。多くの企業にニーズがあると思う」と話してい
