The advancement of science and technology has facilitated adaptation of human intelligence into its computerized platform for logical analysis of any event. This porting of human intelligence to machine is known as Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI enhances human life since inception with the help of these intelligent machines, human potentials will be augmented in multiple spheres. An enormous improvement in this area of AI has been noticed in the past two decades that has given rise to expert systems. AI has huge impact on different fields of business, engineering, law, medicine, science, weather forecasting, etc. to enhance the quality and efficiency in our day to day life to solve complex problems. For the past few decades, AI has been playing an emerging role in the legal field and will definitely have an effect on the legal practices over the next few years. AI has the potential to analyses legal information based on semantics and make legal predictions from the legal data set, and hence it helps the judiciary system in automation thereby increasing the efficiency within affordable budget. For better understanding of the concept, in this paper authors have performed relevant survey on this field.

“Justice delayed is justice denied” and this delaying of justice is a great bane for the Indian justice system. Every year, illimitable cases remain pending just for the final hearing of judicial verdict. Years pass-by keeping the plaintiff waiting for justice. For years, this is a major issue faced in the Indian judicial system. In this paper, authors have attempted to condense the problem by decreasing the number of cases before it reaches the Court. This is done by extending help to the legal professionals to predict a case output from previous records. This paper focuses on cases related to ‘Dowry Death’ i.e. IPC section 498A and 304B. It aims to deliver justice by predicting judicial argument-based analysis using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to find its accuracy. This model processes through the following steps: (i) Hard-copies of the case files with pronounced judgments related to dowry are collected from trial courts of West Bengal. (ii) Data set are generated manually based on certain parameters like:(a) ‘Victim Name’ (b) ‘Number of years married (greater than seven years or not)’. In India, these parameters determine the key factors of ‘Dowry’ related cases. If the case is filed within seven years of marriage and the defendant has taken dowry then the case falls under ‘dowry case’ else not (c) ‘Dowry taken within seven years of marriage (Yes/No)’ (d) ‘Incident occurred within seven years of marriage’, this parameter shows that if the death has taken place within seven years of marriage it falls under ’Dowry Death’ case. (e) ‘Postmortem Report (Usual/Unusual Death)’ and many other documented parameters. (iii) A Supervised Machine Learning Algorithm namely, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to assist legal judgement through a prediction system. The objective of this paper is to predict whether a person is guilty or not, using a supervised learning approach. The recent outbreak of global pandemic of coronavirus (COVID-19) has shown us a wide scope of improvement in electronic healthcare management. It is very much visible since the patients have to avail medical facilities thereby maintaining the rules of social distancing and isolation to break the chain of virus transmission within the society. To achieve this objective, advanced information and communication, technology-based video conferencing tools may be widely used to deliver medical consultancy to the patients in this pandemic situation. Since this entire electronic communication is dependent on the internet, which is itself an open digital space, this electronic communication between the patients and the medical practitioners are highly susceptible to infringement attempt of the adversary. Even the hardware component used by the patients during this electronic healthcare transaction like the camera, speaker, etc. of the end-devices may remain under the control of adversary even after the completion of the electronic transaction. As a result, the adversary may record any personal moment or personal file system of the user without its knowledge. To de-escalate and arrest the access of adversary over the resources of user, it is pertinent to study the risk factors and their security protocols in similar cases to manage the vulnerabilities and to propose the enhanced security model to ensure the integrity of the electronic healthcare transaction. In this paper, authors have studied those existing security protocols to propose a secured audio and video conferencing system through wired and wireless network with control and command of all the resources with the actual user only. It is essential to provide a structured data feed to the computer to accomplish any task so that it can process flawlessly to generate the desired output within minimal computational time. Generally, computer programmers should provide a structured data feed to the computer program for its successful execution. The hardcopy document should be scanned to generate its corresponding computer-readable softcopy version of the file. This process also proves to be a budget-friendly approach to disengage human resources from the entire process of record maintenance. Due to this automation, the workload of existing manpower is reduced to a significant level. This concept may prove beneficial for the delivery of any type of services to the ultimate beneficiary (i.e., citizen) in a minimal time frame. The administration has to deal with various issues of citizens due to the pressure of a huge population who seek legal help to resolve their issues, thereby leading to the filing of large numbers of pending legal cases at several courts of the country. To assist the victims with prompt delivery of justice and legal professionals in reducing their workload, this paper proposed a machine learning based automated legal model to enhance the efficiency of the legal support system with an accuracy of 94%.

Shohayota is an application that may be activated automatically or manually with a single button push when the user feels threatened and needs help. The focus of the proposed work are its unique features, such as automatic speech recognition, SMS, Chat-bot, and real-time location detection. This software sends message to the user's registered contacts in every couple of seconds, notifying them of their whereabouts, hence acting as a sentinel, following the user until safe. When users cry 'HELP,' this app has a unique function that allows it to broadcast messages with live GPS to their registered contacts. If the victim yells 'CALL' it will immediately dial the emergency contact person in the victims' contact-list. Constant location tracking can be done through SMS to assist in speedy rescue of the victim. The main purpose of this application is to protect and keep people safe. In today's environment, the Shohayota app employs cutting-edge technology to ensure people's safety.
