Stress is a part of day-to-day living of
every individual.The reasons for the stress
differs from person to person. The stress people
experience should not be necessarily treated as
harmful. An optimum amount of stress can
always act as an energizer or motivator and
propel people to apply the efforts and complete
the work. But a high level of stress can be
serious threat to the personality trails of the
individual and can cause physiological and
social problems. Stress is an unavoidable
concomitant of organizational life. Employee
faces stress in managing their personal life with
work life. This paper deals with work related
stress, the major factors which are causing
stress, its impacts and coping strategies to
reduce the stress among employees.

A research study was conducted with an objective of providing an overview of consumer
behavior and discuss about Indian consumers’ perception is widely varied in accordance with
service network communication, Technology adoption, customer care services, fringe benefit
services, service quality, brand switching attitude. A structured questionnaire was developed to
collect the required primary data from the consumers. Data are analyzed with suitable
statistical tools for interpretation. The outcome of this research shows a comprehensively
integrated framework to understand the relationship among several dimensions, product quality
and availability has a significant impact on consumer perception choice in selecting cellular
mobile service provider.
