negative | singular | plural |
1st person | kosken | koskemme |
2nd person | kosket | koskette |
3rd person | koskei | koskeivät koskeivat |
These contractions are used with the indicative forms of the negative verb ei. These contractions with koska are not particularly common nowadays, perhaps due to potential confusion with forms of koskea. Thus it is more common to keep the two words separate. |
