The problem of flare gases utilization in internal combustion engines is considered. Flaring associated gas from oil drilling sites is the most promising fuel for such purpose. Also the problems of detonation arising during the operation of internal combustion engines on flare gases are also studied. It is shown that the only independent parameter that affects the occurrence of detonation during operation of a gas engine is methane number which is a physical characteristic of the gas. Рассмотрены узлы трения горизонтальных универсальных шпинделей обжимных станов, для которых используется централизованная система смазки. Такими узлами являются подшипники жидкостного трения и шарниры на опорах скольжения. Рассмотрены условия их работы и показано, что термостатирование смазочной жидкости является обязательным условием для обеспечения надежности их использования. Предложены два способа реализации этого условия: в гидробаке, посредством использования нагревательных перегородок, и непосредственно перед точкой смазки, за счет нагрева масла в указателе потока. The mode of heat treatment of massive castings of the blades of the impeller of the hydroturbine "Dniester HPSP" from steel of the martensitic class CA-6NM has been worked out. Based on the determination of mechanical properties, measurements of stiffness over the entire surface of the blades and metallographic studies, the expediency of the proposed heat treatment mode using intensive cooling and high tempering after high-temperature austenitizing heating is shown. It is shown that this mode provides the necessary level of mechanical properties of blade castings, eliminates the negative effect of internal stresses arising during crystallization and rapid cooling during subsequent heat treatment. Determination of the chemical composition of castings and its compliance with the requirements of ASTM A743 / A743M-98a ensures that the required level of product properties is obtained. The article represents the effectiveness of the S-codes in the regional-analytical structures of thermal conductivity problems decision by giving the example of calculation of stationary thermal field of the magnetic conductor of a transformer. The finite integral transformation, regional-structural and projection methods are applied for jointly decision. Decision structures exactly satisfy the thermal conductivity equation in the regions and the junction conditions of the contact boundaries, and include S-codes, accurately accounting the geometry of the studied area. Regionalanalytical structures are universal regarding the model parameters. Thus, it is possible to use them for multivariate diagnosis and forecasting of thermal conditions in three-dimensional structures.
