In the course of covid-19 pandemic, curriculum is lacking revision, teaching-learning and teachers' new strategies are yet to be known, home and family influence are other challenges towards educational goals achievement. Early diagnosis and remedy was partially found in order to bring the students and teachers back into learning field as it was before. Likewise, medical and health officers were burst into serious research and educational researchers are of efficient to find the lasting solution in order to back the students into school. Unfortunately, the increase rate of the pandemic is beyond a nation's effort. Although, the idea of technology Apps (Applications) involvement is truly came in as one of the answer towards learning challenges amid of Covid-19 era but poor economy overrule the uses of internet data among Nigerian parents. However, Mixed-Method was employed in this research which involves administrators for qualitative interview while quantitative method involves 156; teachers, aspiring teachers and schools' administrators with Cronbach alpha α=0.891. Findings reveal that modification is required participate in workshop by the teachers, constant monitoring of students and uses of technological Apps as added advantage amid Covid-19 Era. Nevertheless, numbers of recommendations and important suggestions were ideal while monitoring as directed by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control included.
One of the major ways of achieving the goal in educational settings is by linking the theories an... more One of the major ways of achieving the goal in educational settings is by linking the theories and principles of administration in leading aspect of institutional administration. Principles of administration have been widely discussed in the literature which involves leading the workforce through organizational goal achievement. The study aims to explore the extent of principles and theories of administration being put into practice in an educational institution in Nigeria based on Henry Fayol's 14 principles of administration with assessments of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs; Douglas McGregor theory X and Y; and Frederick Herzberg theory of Motivation for elucidation of the theoretical concept in higher education institutions (HEI) in Nigeria. The quantitative method was employed among 360 academic and non-academic staffs in higher education institutions (HEI). The study analyses its result through correlation, and descriptive analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation to determine the extent of practices in educational settings. Findings showed a significant relationship (r=.65) between principles and theories of administration while, the principles and theories adequately put into practice for goals achievement. Finally, remuneration of staff is most advisable as the situating theories and principles in the administration would assist the incoming administrators and increases the prospective of existing academic and non-academic administrators in HEI.

Mediating roles of higher education institution leaders can enhance the improvement, through awareness on sustainable education and quality integration in administrative performance. Mediating roles of leader makes higher education institution (HEI) teaching-learning and administration activities effective for sustainable future. To achieve quality, effectiveness and efficiency, support of the HEI leaders as a mediator has effect on the survival for the fitness in higher education institution (HEI). This paper focuses on leadership roles and explores the literatures pertaining to leadership for sustainability of HEI. The study opines that there is relationship, importance connections between leadership and its roles for sustainability of HEI. The study discusses the possible roles of educational leadership towards sustainability of HEI. It revealed the advantages in managing HEI for future achievement.

Increasing road accident among youths refers to insufficient knowledge about traffic safety education which needs to be tracked through educational efficacy. Educational efficacy emphasized on Self-confidence, Safety-Knowledge and Self-monitoring in reducing the road accidents among the youths worldwide. The problem till date is ‘do driving schools emphasize on traffic safety education deeply through educational efficacy approaches before authorize the youths to drive while other research concluded that drinking alcohol, uses of mobile phone and so on causes the tremendous road accident globally. Educational efficacy is consistent with “Bandura’s efficacy theory” as to maximize traffic safety awareness and reducing youths’ traffic accident. Based on this framework, study explored the construct of Educational efficacy that examine the likelihood of underlying dimensions explaining the degree to which presence of variability and the reliability of the dimensions of Self-confidence, Safety-Knowledge and Self-monitoring efficacy in tracking traffic safety among the youths. Using a 30-item instrument developed for a descriptive inquiry, the present study analyzed 102 usable out of 272 planned instruments distributed for data collection among the youths of public higher institutions who has passed the driving schools assessment to arrive at the conclusions. The study applies statistical techniques of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Cronbach’s alpha procedures in the analysis. The findings revealed that driving schools inculcating proper training for driving skill but lack of promoting traffic safety education among the youths during the classroom assessment. Thus, the results may serve as guides for future research in traffic safety management issues and to be an advance encouragement for driving schools.
