Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuantitatif langsung dari karyawan PT Hopes of an Ultimate Solution. Model regresi yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan teknik sensus. Hasil keseluruhan dari analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji parsial (Uji t) stres kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (Y). Kemudian gaya kepemimpinan (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (Y). Serta secara simultan (Uji F) variabel stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention (Y). Berdasarkan determinasi (R Square) dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan menjelaskan 100% terhadap variabel turnover intention.
