    In this paper we present an algorithm for solving mathematical programming problems of the form: Find x - (x<sub>1</sub>,..., x<sub>n</sub>) to minimize \sum \varphi <sub>i</sub>(x<sub>i</sub>) subject to x \in G and l < x < L.
