Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran daring di sd negeri cipaku tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan mengambil sebuah peristiwa (deskripsi). Adapun langkah analisis datanya yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Usaha untuk membuat lebih terpercaya (Credible) proses dan Interpretasi dan temuan dalam yaitu dengan cara melakukan Triangulasi, yaitu informasi yang diperoleh dari beberapa sumber diperiksa silang antara data wawancara dengan data dokumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektivan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning di masa pandemic Covid-19 terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VI di SDN Tespong Raya, Kecamatan Baros, Kota Sukabumi, Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Data yang dianalisis adalah data kuantitatif yang telah diproses menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 22 Perangkat lunak statistik 22. Dari uji-t nilai signifikansi dari hasil belajar posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol pada Equal variances assumed berjumlah 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai signifikansinya kurang dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. This study aims to understand the extent of the Teacher Competency Test results which include: (a) pedagogical competencies, (b) personality competencies for improving the quality of education in Cilangla State Elementary School, Gandasoli State Elementary School, and Babakan Pamoyanan Elementary School in Sukabumi District. This research uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data with case study methods. The results of this study indicate that there are obstacles that occur in the implementation of Teacher Competency Tests, namely the extent of the material being tested, especially in the aspects of pedagogical competence, professional competence and lack of mastery in the operation of the teacher's computer. This is what causes the low scores obtained when implementing the Teacher Competency Test. But on the other hand in improving the quality of education, teachers continue to strive to be able to deliver their students to obtain various achievements in school.
