The efficiency of cold sheet and strip rolling of steels and non-ferrous metals in the main depends on the quality of the technological lubricant and its cost. In this regard, it is important to develop new compositions of effective metal-working coolants (MWC) having low cost and providing the maximum reduction in the friction coefficient. We developed and tested the new compositions of the MWC on basis of chicken fat, and mono- and diglycerides and their esters of boric acid synthesized from the wastes of sunflower oil production. The MWC were tested in DSEA on laboratory rolling mill 100x100 with a roll diameter of 260 mm during steel 08Kp rolling. The efficiency of the coolants was determined by the factor of metal stretch forming λ and the coefficient of friction μ in the deformation zone which was found by forward slip method. Analysis of the tool work and refusals when heavy machines cutting shows the necessity to use methods of bulk modification for improving structural strength and fracture resistance of cemented carbide cutting plates. It is suggested to test cutting plates to assess the structural strength limit. The accelerated method to estimate the resistance to scattered contact damage and chipping resistance is developed. It is obtained that the pulsed magnetic field treatment (PMNF) of cutting plates (85% WoC, 5% TiC, 10% Co) leads to a dependent on treatment regime increase in structural bending strength limit under static load. The PMTF allows increasing the resistance to scattered contact damage and chipping resistance for cutting plates (92% WoC, 8% Co). It is shown that physical method of pulsed magnetic field treatment is promising for modification of tool materials.

Sazetak: Pouzdanost sobraćajnog sistema se definiše kao njegova sposobnost da uspešno obavlja zadate mu funkcije i održava vrednost eksploatacionih parametara, u propisanim i zadatim granicama pod određenim uslovima i u datom vremenskom intervalu. U radu je prikazan razvoj dva softverska sistema za analizu pouzdanosti komponenti tehničkih sistema, i to: RATSC-CTD (softverski sistem za analizu pouzdanosti komponenti tehničkih sistema na osnovu izbora teorijske raspodele prema karakteristikama teorijskih raspodela, kojom se najbolje aproksimiraju eksperimentalni podaci) i RATSC-CA (softverski sistem za analizu pouzdanosti komponenti tehničkih sistema na osnovu izbora teorijske raspodele zasnovano na komparativnoj analizi, kojom se najbolje aproksimiraju eksperimentalni podaci), koji su razvijeni i pisani u FORTRAN i C++ programskim jezicima od strane autora ovog rada. Korišćenjem razvijenih softverskih sistema prikazani su primeri analize pouzdanosti komponenti sobraćajnih sistema.

Apstrakt: Grafen je altrop ugljenika u obliku dvo-dimenzione rešetke debljine jednog atoma. Skoro je u potpunosti providan i istovremeno toliko gust da ni najmanji atomi gasa ne mogu da prođu kroz njega. Dobro provodi elektricitet, kao i bakar, i veoma je jak (100 puta je jači od čelika, a može da se rastegne i do 20%). Ujedno predstavlja najtanji i najjači poznati materijal. U radu su prikazane osnovna svojstva grafena i neke od varijanti njegove primene. Ključne reči: Grafen, ugljenik, nano-materijali, tranzistor od grafena (GT).

The proposed paper shows some experimental results of a research in metallic structures inspection by using a high definition camera controller by high processing capabilities. The dedicated ARM Cortex-M4 initializes the ARM Cortex-M0 system for image acquiring. Then, by programming options, we are action for patterns (abnormal situations like metal cracks, or discontinuities) types and tuning, for enabling overexposure highlighting and adjusting camera brightness/exposure, to adjust minimum brightness, and to adjust the pattern's teach threshold. The proposed system has been tested in normal lighting conditions from the typical site.

The article presents the results of the research, which confirmed the hypothesis of stabilization of residual stresses in the conductive materials by exposing the conductive surface of the product with powerful, periodic discharge of high voltage. The relevance of the work is the need for further improving the technological processes on the basis of reducing the technological heredity factors, the main of which is the residual stresses. These stresses arise as a consequence of the heat and force action on the workpiece material details on the stages of the operation changes their shape and scale. It was shown that the long duration of exposure to high-voltage discharge is a partial hardening of the outer surfaces of machine parts. The degree of change of the initial residual stress varied for each material depends on the physical-mechanical properties.

Jedne od glavnih citatnih baza podataka (Citation DataBases - CDB) u svetu su: SCI-E u oblasti prirodnih i primenjenih naučnih disciplina, SSCI u oblasti socijalnih naučnih disciplina i A&HCI u oblasti umetnosti i humanitarnih naučnih disciplina. Za 2015. godinu, unutar SCI-E sve naučne oblasti prirodnih i primenjenih naučnih disciplina razvrstane su u 177 kategorija, a unutar SSCI sve naučne oblasti socijalnih naučnih disciplina razvrstane su u 57 kategorija. U radu je učinjen pokušaj da se objasne citatne baze podataka (CDB), da se opišu načini za određivanje impakt faktora časopisa (Journal Impact Factor - JIF) i da se nabroje ostali bibliometrijski indikatori za ocenu časopisa, država, regiona, univerziteta, fakulteta, departmana i pojedinaca. Nadalje, data je analiza trenda broja časopisa (NoJ) za pet različitih kategorija: "Economics"/ "Ekonomija", "Law"/ "Pravo", "Psychiatry" / "Psihijatrija", "Psychology, Experimental" / "Psihologija, eksperimentalna" i "Social Work"/ "Socijalni rad" unutar SSCI za period 1995-2015. Najveće povećanje broja naučnih časopisa za period 1995-2015. za navedenih pet kategorija unutar SSCI imala je, takođe, kategorija "Economics" / "Ekonomija", sa indeksom kumulativnog rasta (CGI) od 242,96%.

Recently, polymer composite materials have been attracting considerable interest. The reason is that the traditional "pure" polymers have basically exhausted their possibilities, and technological progress is going on and requires qualitatively new materials possessing unique properties significantly superior to traditional ones. The main purpose of this work is to produce new polymer composite materials with a unique set of properties. We performed experimental studies to determine the optimal ratio of carbon fiber filler, grade "Toreyka", for introducing to the aromatic polymer polyetheretherketone (PEEK) in order to obtain the most optimal thermophysical and tribological properties of the new material. The results show that by introducing carbon fiber to PEEK there is a significant influence on the formation of over molecular structure and highly-developed surface area which can be regarded as a process contributing to the restructuring within the polymer itself.

Sustainable use of metallic mineral resources of Serbia, being a part of natural resources, represents the basis for the planning, functioning, development and growth of numerous sectors of the economy as well as the basis for assessing the positions and perspectives for further socioeconomic development of the country. Following a two-decade long period of socioeconomic regression and economic and financial decline in Serbia, as well as problems in the functioning of institutions and strategic planning and development, the application of concepts for sustainable development is of great importance for the further development of Serbia's mineral sector. Defining the conditions and ways of using metallic mineral resources in the transitional conditions of economic growth and the European integration process represents a delicate geological, mining, technological and economic undertaking, among other things, important for the further functioning of the mineral sector and successful development of the country's mineral economics. Sustainable use of Serbia's metallic mineral resources should enable the implementation of a long-term mineral strategy and mineral policy of sustainable use of mineral resources and is focused on, among other things, increasing the efficiency of mineral resource use on one hand, while decreasing the negative impact of economic utilisation of mineral resources on the environment on the other. The geological and economic analysis in this paper is focused on observing the aspect of Serbia's sustainable economic growth, based on the sustainable use of metallic mineral resources while simultaneously mitigating the negative impact on the environment.

The article presents the results of studying the designed hybrid compositions based on phenylone reinforced with a mixture of organic and carbon fibers. An example of calculation of molds' construction for the manufacture of composites is given. It has been found that the intensity of wear of the developed composites is significantly higher than that of the initial phenylone, while possessing the reduced coefficient of friction by 1.6-2 times, and the increased physico-mechanical characteristics by 10 %.

Effective manufacturing, high and stable quality products and services in continual production, only inadequate conditions of planning, systematization and realization corresponding activities in the quality assurance system (QMS-QAS) of the factory (supplier, manufacturer) can be obtained. In this paper, the parameters of quality of development, design, production and service are considered. The complex model of PMAS-CLR (preventive maintenance according to state with a controlled level of reliability), which yields guarantee to target behavior of realized products in operational conditions, is emphasized.

SCI-E and SSCI are one of the main citation databases (CDB) in the world in the field of natural and applied (SCI-E) and social (SSCI) scientific disciplines. In 2014, within the SCI-E all scientific fields of natural and applied science disciplines are classified into 176 categories, and within SSCI all scientific fields of social science disciplines are classified into 56 categories. Scientific journals in the field of “Economic Sciences” are sorted within the SSCI in 8 (eight) categories, plus one category within the SCI-E. The aim of the paper is to show the state and analysis of scientific journals indexed in SSCI and SCI-E citation databases (CDB) for 9 (nine) listed categories in the field of “Economic Sciences” for the period 1995-2014. The number of different scientific journals for 9 (nine) listed categories in the field of “Economic Sciences” for a period of 1997-2014, increased for 455 journals (from 415 journals in 1995 to 860 journals in 2014) with cumulative growth index (CGI) of 207,23% compared to 1997. Best ranked category among the nine listed categories in the field of “Economic Sciences” was the category “Economics” (Econ), which according to the number of journals for the entire period 1995-2014 was always ranked first (top-one) within SSCI. The largest increase in the number of scientific journals for the period 1995-2014 for all nine listed categories in the field of “Economic Sciences” had the category “Management” (Manag).

SCI-E i SSCI su jedne od glavnih citatnih baza podataka (Citation Databases - CDB) u svetu u oblasti prirodnih i primenjenih (SCI-E) i socijalnih (SSCI) naučnih disciplina. Za 2014. godinu, unutar SCI-E sve naučne oblasti prirodnih i primenjenih naučnih disciplina razvrstane su u 176 kategorija, a unutar SSCI sve naučne oblasti socijalnih naučnih disciplina razvrstane su u 56 kategorija. Naučni časopisi u oblasti „Ekonomskih nauka” razvrstani su unutar SSCI u 8 kategorija, plus jedna kategorija unutar SCI-E. Cilj rada je da se prikaže stanje i analiza naučnih časopisa indeksiranih u SSCI i SCI-E citatnim bazama podataka (CDB) za 9 (devet) navedenih kategorija u oblasti „Ekonomskih nauka” za period 1995-2014. Broj različitih naučnih časopisa za 9 (devet) navedenih kategorija u oblasti „Ekonomskih nauka”, za period 1997-2014, povećao se za 445 časopisa (od 415 časopisa u 1997. na 860 časopisa u 2014.) sa indeksom kumulativnog rasta od 207,23 % u odnosu na 1997. Najbolje rangirana kategorija od navedenih devet u oblasti „Ekonomskih nauka” bila je kategorija „Economics” / „Ekonomija” (Econ), koja je prema broju časopisa za ceo period 1995-2014, uvek bila rangirana kao prva (top-jedan) u okviru SSCI. Najveće povećanje broja naučnih časopisa za period 1995-2014. za svih devet navedenih kategorija u oblasti „Ekonomskih nauka” imala je kategorija „Management” / „Menadžment” (Manag).
