* የ21ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን የቴክኖሎጂ ምጥቀት/ ሮቦቲክ፣ አውቶሜሽን፣ EMISና የሰው ሰራሽ ክህሎት መተግበሪያ AI መረጃ አያያዝ አጠቃቀም ጋር ተያይዞ፤ ከሠራተኛው፣ ከአመራሩ፣ ከትምህርትና ስልጠና ተቋማት ጋር የክህሎት፣ የእውቀትና የአመለካከት ቅቡልነት አንጻር አመቺና ገቺ ሁኔታዎች ምንድን ናቸው? በሚል ርዕስ የተዘጋጀ ስልጠና ነው፡፡ የመረጡት ርዕስ የ21ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን የቴክኖሎጂ ምጥቀት/ የሰው ሰራሽ ክህሎት መተግበሪያ (AI) አጠቃቀም ጋር ተያይዞ በትምህርትና ስልጠና ዙሪያ መረጃ አያያዝ አስተዳደር ስልት (EMIS) ቀጣይ መሻሻል የተለያዩ በአለም አቀፍ ሀገራት ደረጃ ምን ለመስራት አቅደዋል? ይህንን እቅድ እውን ለማድረግ ከመምህራን፣ ከሠራተኛውና ከአመራሩ የክህሎት፣ የእውቀትና የአመለካከት ቅቡልነት አንጻር ምን ምን ለማዳበር አቅደዋል?/ በሚል መነሻ ለመወያየት ነው፡፡  የሰው ሰራሽ ክህሎት መተግበሪያ (AI) የ21ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን የቴክኖሎጂ ምጥቀት ለትምህርትና ስልጠና መሀበረሰብ በአጠቃላይ በክህሎት፣ በእውቀትና በአመለካከት የተሻለ ሥራ ለመስራትና ችግሮችን ለመፍታት አስፈላጊ የፈጠራ ሥራ መሆኑን ለማስገንዘብ ነው፡፡ በመሆኑም ቀደም ብለን ይህንን ሀሳብ ለማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤቱ ለእውቅና ፈቃድ የሥራ ባልደረቦች  ስልጠናው ተሰጥቶ የሰልጣኞች የእርካታ መለኪያ ተሰብስቦ ተሰርቶለታል።
በመቀጠል ከተማው የእኛን ርዕስ አቅርቦት የነበረው "የ21ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን ክህሎቶች" አዲስ ፈጠራ፣ ተግባቦት፣ አይሲቲ፣ እንዲሁም የመላመድ ችሎታዎች በሚሉ ርዕሶች ላይ በመሆኑ፤ ከተማው ይህ ስልጠና ሲሰጥ እውቀትንና አመለካከት ስላልተካተተ ለማካተት ነው፡፡ በመሆኑም አመራሩ የላቀ ቴክኖሎጂ ተጠቃሚነት ላይ የቅቡሉነት ማጣት ችግሮች ከምን የሚመነጩ መሆናቸውን በማሳወቅ፣ ችግር ፈቺ በሆነ መልኩ የተሻሻለ አሰራር ለማሳየት ነው። በመሆኑም የቅቡልነት ማጣት የሚመነጨው ሙሉ ከሆነው አመለካከት መጓደል የሚመነጭ መሆኑን አጽንኦት ለመስጠት ነው፡፡
በእኛ መስሪያ ቤት እሴቶቻችን የመጀመሪያ የሆነው ለትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ቅድሚያ መስጠት የሚል ሲሆን፣ የዓለም ኢኮኖሚክ ፎረም (WEF) የትምህርት 4.0ን/ Quality Education ትኩረት ይሰጣል የሚለውን ማን ያወጣው ዕቅድ ነው? እኔ ለስልጠናው የያዝኩት የመስሪያ ቤት እሴቶቻችን ርዕስ ደግሞ 8ኛ ላይ የሚገኘው "የላቀ ቴክኖሎጂ ተጠቃሚነት" እቅዳችን መሰረት እኔ ሥራዬን በቴክኖሎጂ በማዘመን ምን ሠርቼ ሥራዬን አሻሻልኩኝ? የሚል መጠይቅንና መልስ የሚሰጥ ክፍሎች አሉት፡
እንደ መስሪያ ቤቶቻችን የእሴት ሀሳብ ማለትም "የላቀ ቴክኖሎጂን በመጠቀም" ስራዬን በቴክኖሎጂ በማዘመን ስራዬን ዘመናዊ በሆነ መልኩ ለማሻሻል ምን ሰራሁ?
ከላቁ ቴክኖሎጂ ጋር ስራን ማዘመን ተደጋጋሚ ስራዎችን በራስ ሰር መስራት፣ በመረጃ ላይ የተመሰረተ ውሳኔ ለመስጠት የመረጃ ትንተናን መጠቀም፣ ለተሻለ ትብብር የፕሮጀክት አስተዳደር መሳሪያዎችን መተግበር እና ለደንበኛ ተሳትፎ ዲጂታል መድረኮችን መቀበልን ሊያካትት ይችላል። በእነዚህ ዘርፎች ላይ በማሰላሰል ቴክኖሎጂን በስራ ሂደቶችዎ ውስጥ እንዴት እንዳዋሃዱ መገምገም ይችላሉ። የላቀ ቴክኖሎጂን ለመጠቀም ከቢሮዎ እሴት ሀሳብ ጋር የሚጣጣሙ ልዩ መሳሪያዎችን ወይም ልምዶችን ተግብረዋል?
እንደ መስሪያ ቤቶቻችን የእሴት ሀሳብ "ቴክኖሎጂን በመጠቀም" ስራዬን በቴክኖሎጂ ለማዘመን ምን ሰራሁ?
በዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂ ሥራን ማዘመን በርካታ ስልቶችን ሊያካትት ይችላል፣ ለምሳሌ፡-
- ለመረጃ ትንተና እና ግንዛቤዎች AI በመተግበር ላይ።
- ለተለዋዋጭነት እና ለማስፋፋት የደመና ማስላትን መጠቀም።
- የ IoT መሳሪያዎችን ለቅጽበት ቁጥጥር እና አውቶማቲክ መቀበል።
አይኦቲ፣ ወይም የነገሮች በይነመረብ፣ መረጃን ከሌሎች መሳሪያዎች እና ስርዓቶች ጋር በበይነ መረብ ላይ ለማገናኘት እና ለመለዋወጥ በሴንሰሮች፣ ሶፍትዌሮች እና ሌሎች ቴክኖሎጂዎች የተካተቱትን የቁሳዊ ነገሮች መረብን ይመለከታል። እነዚህ መሳሪያዎች ከተራ የቤት እቃዎች እስከ ውስብስብ የኢንዱስትሪ መሳሪያዎች ይደርሳሉ. በአይኦቲ አማካኝነት በዙሪያችን ያለው አለም የበለጠ ምላሽ ሰጭ እና ዲጂታል እና አካላዊ ዩኒቨርስን ያዋህዳል።

ለመጀመሪያ ጥያቄ መልስ የሚሆነው የእሴቶቻችን ለእኛ የመጀመሪያ እሴት የሆነው ለትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ቅድሚያ መስጠት ከ17 የSDG ግቦች ውስጥ 4ኛ ዕቅድ ግብ ውስጥ ያለው ደረጃ መሆኑን መገንዘብ ተገቢ ነው፡፡
የትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ከተልዕኮው በመነሳት የአጠቃላይ ትምህርት፣ የቴ/ሙ/ት/ስ/ተቋማት እንዲሁም የሙያ ብቃት ምዘና ጥራት/ብቃት ለማረጋገጥ የውጭ ኢንስፔክሽን፣ የአዲስ እውቅና ፈቃድ መስጠት፣ እድሳት እውቅና ፈቃድ፣ አዳዲስ የስልጠና ዘርፎችን በመጨመር ማስፋፋት፣ እና የሙያ ብቃት ምዘና አገልግሎት በመስጠት ረገድ ዉጤታማ ሥራ ለመስራት በእውነተኛ መሰረት ላይ የተገነባ መረጃ በጣም አስፈላጊ ነው፡፡ መረጃን ለማደራጀት በትምህርትና ስልጠና ዙሪያ የሚሰሩ መምህራን/ አሰልጣኞች፣ አመራሮችና ባለሙያዎች ርግጠኛ የሆነ መራጃ ማደራጀት ተገቢ ነው፡፡ በመሆኑም በእውነተኛ መሰረት ላይ የተመሰረተ መረጃ ማደራጀት ለመጪው የልጆቻችን እጣፈንታ እየወሰንን ነው፡፡ ፖሊሲ አውጪዎች መረጃን መሰረት ያደረገ ትክክለኛ እቅድ እና ክንውን ማከናወን እንዲቻል ስለሚያግዛቸው ነው፡፡

There are many multi-faceted problems in education and training information management in education and training institutions under the Bole Branch Cluster Coordination Office. One of these is information management and disclosure. Proper organization and dissemination of information is important for education and training institutions, officials working at any level in the field, education and training policymakers, and professionals. The problems of education and training are multi-faceted and they are: - Students being out of school is an example in Oromia…….. in Ethio-Somalia…………. In Tigray, Amhara, regions, etc., students and technical and vocational trainees are excluded from education and training services, (inaccessibility for citizens), inaccessibility for the disabled, inequitable access and (access inequity). Fair coverage (coverage of inequity) worsens the problems of information dissemination of inequity; However, if education and training work is properly planned and carried out, the problems of education and training leadership will be solved. This can happen when we can find the real source of our problems and analyze them for solutions.

There are gaps or problems in the service delivery of education and training at all levels of leadership, experts and our education and training institutions, namely the gap in information distribution, (The responsibility on you can be mainly placed on the leadership of education and training. Efforts for continuous improvement can be made to SDG .to make an effort to enter; M.D.G. an effort to not back is evident. የትምህርትና ስልጠና በየደረጃው ያሉ አመራር፣ ባለሙያዎችና ትምህርትና ስልጠና ተቋሞቻችን ላይ ያለው አገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ላይ የሚታዩ ክፍተቶች እነሱም የመረጃ ወቅቱን ጠብቆ በሃርድር ኮፒ፣ በዊብና ሶፍትዌሮችን በመጠቀም መረጃን አደራጅቶ አለመያዝ፣ እንዲሁም የተጠናቀሩት መረጃዎች ለሚመለከታቸው አካላት የሥርጭት ክፍተት፣ እዚህ ላይ ያለው ክፍተት መልካም አስተዳደርን ስለሚጎዳ ተጠያቂነት የሚያስከትለው በዋናነት በትምህርትን ስልጠና አመራር ላይ ለሚሰሩ የጎላ ድርሻ ይወስዳሉ፡፡ አመራሩ መልካም አስተዳደር ሁሉንም ዜጎች ባካተተ መልኩ ለማስፈን ቀጣይነት ያለው መሻሻል የተደረገ ጥረት ወደ ኤስ.ዲ.ጂ. ለመግባት ጥረት ማድረግ ነው የሚጠበቅበት፤ እንጂ እንደገና ወደኋላ ተመልሶ አለም ወዳለፈው የዘመናችን የረዥም ጊዜ እቅድ ኤ.ም.ዲጂ. ለመመለስ መጣር የለብንም፡፡ በመረጃ ስርጭት ክፍተት ከፍተኛ የሆነ የትምህርትና ስልጠና ውስጣዊ ብክነት፣ የትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት መጓደል፣ ደካማ የትምህርትና ስልጠና ዕቅድ፣ አመራር፣ እና አስተዳደር ወዘተ የሚታዩ ክፍተቶች ናቸው፡፡

This is a training for professionals and leaders for both general education and technical and vocational accreditation by the Directorate of Education and Training Accreditation Licensing of the Cluster Coordination Office of Bole, Lmi Kura and Yeka Branches. The type of training is Education Management Information System (EMIS) training of trainers (TOT). Training materials were prepared for the first time at the branch office level by assigning an experienced professional who is suitable for this training. Therefore, I would like to express my gratitude to the Directorate Director for giving me this training! Next, I would like to give my highest thanks to the leaders and senior experts who followed the training carefully!
The training was provide, who has long experience in the field and for demonstration, and I downloaded and presented what I saved on the same EMIS trainer training cloud 10 years ago. One of the problems encountered during the training was the lack of online internet connection even though there were computers for the trainees to view selected online cloud systems. When the training was give, it was advocate to show in practice that it is not difficult to be practical session/ task-oriented due to the lack of online internet connection. An indication of this is to identify the level of mobile usage. Next, what percentage of trainees use your cell phone for educational purposes? It was. Next, the trainer asked how to use Microsoft 365 and use offline notes, how to create and edit notes at different times? How to work in a machine or robotic form using Microsoft Word? It was demonstrated in practice how it is possible to exchange mail merge to multiple stakeholders in Microsoft Word.
This practical training has made more helpful for our trainees by improving the text prepared for training 10 years ago, using advanced technology, and adding new training methods. Trainees are theoretically trained on how to use the software they are supposed to use. The software images are included in the training module so that you can download and use the most useful software for education and training. The training manual explores the current state of education and training in artificial intelligence.
Due to lack of internet connection for all the trainees, it is not possible to provide practical training for some of the software we need. However, I have prepared an electronic online survey on training delivery satisfaction as part of the training.
