This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability ratios, solvency ratios, and liquidity ratios towards firm value of the public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. The population is twelve automotive and component subsector companies. Sampling of this study was conducted using purposive sampling technique. Data is in the form of secondary data from each company’s financial statements from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that of the ratios that measure the company’s financial performance, only the profitability ratio has a significant positive effect on firm value. The solvency ratio and the liquidity ratio does not significantly influence the firm value. But simultaneously, the three financial ratios show a significant positive effect towards firm value. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of investment motivation and financial literacy on investment interest in the capital market. The population used in this study were investor and potential investors at the Investor Gathering event, then sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression method was applied. The findings stated that investment motivation and financial literacy either partially or simultaneously have a significant positive effect on investment interest in the Indonesian capital market. The implication is that stakeholders must increase their efforts to generate investment motivation and grow the financial literacy index of investors so that they are increasingly interested in investing in the capital market. This community development activity aims to provide education on business financial management to street vendors at Pasar Raya in Salatiga City. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government implemented regulation on Community Activity Restrictions, which resulted in the Pasar Raya being empty of visitors, resulting in a drastic drop in sales for street vendors. Most street vendors do not understand business financial management and have a debt to meet their primary needs. Education is carried out by identifying problems, formulating approach methods, planning work procedures, and conducting business financial management education. In addition, it is also directed to avoid debt on online loans that do not have official permission and get used to saving. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin meningkatnya pengguna internet yang dimanfaatkan sebagai media promosi oleh online travel agent. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh electronic word of mouth terhadap minat beli reservasi hotel via aplikasi Traveloka, baik dari sudut intensity, valence of opinion, maupun content. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan cara menyebar kuesioner melalui google form yang didistribusikan kepada masyarakat yang sudah pernah melakukan reservasi hotel melalui aplikasi Traveloka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel intensity dan content berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli reservasi hotel, namun secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli reservasi hotel.

Kampung Makan Rafel's is a food court with the capacity of seven tenants in West Jakarta. The position of Kampung Makan Rafel's is strategic and surrounded by a number of offices and residential areas. The culinary offered is quite diverse, prices are within a reasonable range, but visitors who come are relatively limited. This causes tenants to experience financial distress due to low cash turnover. This phenomenon has triggered the existence of third parties offering lucrative online funding and investment offers. The movement of Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) reflects the simultaneous performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). JCI can be an investment guide because it describes the macro economic condition. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, exchange rate (IDR/USD) and Dow Jones Index on JCI in IDX period 2008-2016. The data comes from monthly data of inflation, exchange rate (IDR/USD), Dow Jones Index and JCI. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that inflation did not affect the JCI, while the Exchange Rate (IDR/USD) and Dow Jones Index had a positive effect on JCI. Inflation did not affect the JCI because in the research period, inflation was within the range below 10 percent so it did not have a significant impact on JCI. The most dominant variable influencing JCI is exchange rate (IDR/USD).

Pengembangan homestay di Pulau Harapan di Kepulauan Seribu sangat mendesak karena kebutuhan jauh melebihi ketersediaannya. Pemilik homestay di Pulau Harapan memiliki keterbatasan modal untuk pengembangan usaha serta pengelolaan keuangannya belum memadai akibat rendahnya literasi keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Pulau Harapan ditujukan untuk memberikan edukasi literasi keuangan bagi pemilik homestay dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai jasa keuangan dan pengelolaan keuangan homestay. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam dua kali kunjungan, masing-masing selama tiga hari, diikuti empat puluh pemilik homestay. Kegiatan terbagi atas tiga tahap, yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pendampingan, serta tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of agency costs on company hedging policies. The novelty of this research is the application of the synthesis of agency theory and balancing theory as indicators of hedging policies. The hedging policy based on foreign exchange derivatives is synchronized with the hedging policy based on foreign debt. The population was companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2017. This research used a panel data regression method. The hypotheses were tested with the Hausman Test, which shows the best research model is the Fixed Effect Model. The results of the study concluded that financial distress and underinvestment had a significant positive effect on hedging policies, while business risk did not affect hedging policies because most companies had relatively low foreign sales. The findings of this study have theoretical implications that support agency and balancing theory.

The purpose of empowerment is to increase the capability of homestay owners in meeting business standards. The analytical method used is a method of self reflection. The participants are guided by the facilitators for self-reflection on the homestay and its management. Most homestays have two rooms. Most homestays are separate from where the owner lives, only a few offer homestays with the owner. Most homestays do not have signage, do not provide kitchen facilities for guests, and have no complaint records. The majority of homestay owners have not yet attended homestay and ‘sapta pesona’ training. Homestay required to meet the standards. However, there are still many homestay owners who do not understand about business standards and do not have a certificate, therefore training is needed on homestay standards for owners. The purpose of the training is to increase knowledge about the standards of the homestay business and improve the attitude of the owner. The training was attended by 23% of homestay owners. Training materials include homestay products, services and management. Material refers to regulations regarding the standard of homestay business. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the performance of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and activities of firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic based on a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data from financial reports of firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that are included in the LQ45 index, which represents the movement of the capital market based on specific criteria. The results reveal that the Covid-19 pandemic has hurt the Indonesian firm’s financial performance. The worst condition has increased the leverage ratio, and the profitability and activity ratio declined, as experienced in several emerging countries. The findings of this research can be a bunch of information for investors in making decisions that these financial ratios are sensitive to economic volatility. Objek penelitian adalah empat Bank BUMN Nasional yaitu Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Bank BRI, dan Bank BTN. Metode pengumpulan data melalui metode dokumenter dengan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan analisis rasio kualitatif.
