The elderly are at high risk for degenerative diseases, such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, gout (rheumatism), and cancer. The hypertension is a one disease that many elderly suffer. The cause of the incidence of hypertension is an unhealthy lifestyle that causes hypertension such as smoking, drinking alcohol and fatty foods. ISPA (Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut ) adalah infeksi yang disebabkan mikroorganisme di struktur saluran nafas atas yang tidak berfungsi untuk pertukaran gas, termasuk ronga hidung, faring, dan laring, dengan gejala yaitu pilek, faringitis atau radang tenggorokan, laringitis, dan influenza. Menurut profil kesehatan Indonesia (2016), infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (pneumonia) menjadi 15% penyebab kematian pada balita. Angka kejadian tertinggi berada di bangka belitung sebesar 6,05 % dan diprovinsi lampung angka kejadian sebesar 2,23%. Tindakan pembedahan akan mengakibatkan reaksi psikologis yaitu stres. Sekitar 80% dari pasien yang akan menjalani pembedahan di Indonesia mengalami stres. Di Provinsi Lampung, pasien preoperasi sebanyak 56,7% dengan tingkat stres ringan, 25% dengan tingkat stress sedang dan 18,3% dengan tingkat stress berat. Teknik relaksasi sebagai metode utama untuk menghilangkan stres. Teknik relaksasi yang biasanya digunakan adalah teknik relaksasi otot progresif dan imajinasi terbimbing. Hasil presurvey di RSUD Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung diperoleh bahwa tingkat stres tertinggi terdapat di ruang mawar, yaitu dari 15 orang terdapat 12 orang (80%) mengalami gangguan stres menghadapi rencana operasi. ABSTRAKPada tahun 2018, prevalensi penyakit sendi di Lampung berada pada urutan ke-12 di Indonesia yaitu sebesar 7,2%. Terapi nonfarmakologi untuk mempercepat proses penyembuhan pada pasien hiperurisemia yaitu terapi herbal, hemeopati, akupuntur, akupresur, terapi nutrisi, refleksologi, terapi garam, dan yoga. Akupresur merupakan salah satu teknik pengobatan tradisional Cina ang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan nyeri, mengobati penyakit dan cidera. Tujuan setelah penyuluhan dan demonstrasi, diharapkan pemberian akupresur dapat untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat dan rasa nyeri pada klien Asam urat tinggi. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan menggunakan leaflet dan demonstrasi akupresur. Cakupan pelayanan kesehatan rujukan di rumah sakit di Kota Bandar Lampung tahun sebesar 289.976 kunjungan rawat inap. Cakupan kunjungan rawat inap tertinggi terdapat pada RSUD Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek sebesar 44.899. Wawancara dengan 10 pasien yang dirawat di ruangan penyakit dalam RSUD dr.H.Abdul Moeloek didapatkan (10%) mengatakan tidak puas dalam daya tanggap menanggapi keluhan pasien. (30%) pasien puas pada keramahan dan sopan perawat. (30%) tidak puas kepada perawat yang terkesan tidak teliti selama memberikan tindakan. Dari tahun ketahun diare tetap menjadi salah satu penyakit yang menyebabkan mortalitas dan malnutrisi pada anak. Artritis gout (asam urat) adalah penyakit yang timbul akibat kadar asam urat darah yang berlebihan, yang menyebabkan kadar asam urat darah berlebihan adalah produksi asam urat di dalam tubuh lebih banyak dari pembuangannya, selain itu penyebab produksi asam urat di dalam tubuh berlebihan dapat terjadi karena faktor genetik (bawaan), faktor makanan dan faktor penyakit. Pengobatan tradisional untuk asam urat yaitu rebusan daun salam. Tujuan setelah penyuluhan dan demonstrasi, diharapkan pemberian daun salam pada klien asam urat untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan menggunakan leaflet dan demonstrasi pembuatan daun salam. Terdapat penurunan kadar asam urat setelah meminum air rebusan daun salam pada penderita asam urat di Kelurahan Gunung Agung. Dengan demikian, pemberian rebusan daun salam sangat efektif dalam menurunkan kadar asam urat.
