Giant companies are being profiled as cold-hearted greedy capitalists who are willingly exploiting its workers and consumers. News of poor and abusive working conditions of international companies like Coca-Cola, Ford, Nestle, Wal-Mart, and Nike inside their warehouses in developing countries has garnered criticisms and raised the attention of the International Labor Rights Forum, and the cries of the customers experiencing inadequate support from customer service representatives or disputed transactions from sales officers are updated in social media networks.  These have showed that the numbers itself has revealed flaws in the system. When companies heavily rely on reputation itself to keep the business afloat and sustained, it must fix its management and eradicate misdemeanors to customers and mishandling of workers. Now, company policies and code of conduct are sermonized by the management to its employees, new hires are religiously briefed and trained to secure conformity with the principles regarding its customer service and quality.
