The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the use of technology for online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMP N Muara Kulam, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research is a qualitative research, the subject consists of the principal, PAI teacher, vice principal of students, parents/guardians of students. The data were obtained by observation and interview techniques, the data were analyzed using the data reduction method, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study, found several problems in the application of online learning at SMP Negeri Muara Kulam while the most basic problems were the unavailability of adequate wifi and internet networks, lack of support from parents / guardians of students for online learning, so that the learning process became hampered. This study aims to explore the forms of anxiety frequently experienced by students in facing religious learning at MAN Rejang Lebong, as well as the efforts made by teachers to overcome student anxiety. The study sample consisted of one Islamic Education teacher and one student from grade X at MAN Rejang Lebong. Data was collected through interviews with teachers and students and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of student anxiety in facing religious learning included a lack of interest in learning about religion, lack of mastery of the material, nervousness and trembling, fear that distracts students during learning, lack of confidence in learning religion, as well as anxiety and worry. The teacher's efforts to overcome student anxiety were by instilling more efficient learning concepts, providing regular exercises, and using varied learning models. Prior studies seem to indicate a hypothetical concept that parenting styles and personality traits are of critical factors of academic achievements. Accordingly, the present quantitative study sought to find out the interrelationships of parenting styles, Islamic students’ personality traits, and their academic achievements. 101 Islamic students from an Islamic university in Bengkulu, Indonesia, were randomly assigned to be the samples. Their parents, 202 parents, were also involved to provide the data. The data were collected by distributing valid and reliable questionnaires to students and their parents. Adaptation theory explains that mothers’ subjective well-being (SWB) is determined by their abilities to adapt to challenging life events using coping mechanisms. The literature highlights three latent coping mechanism factors: emotional regulation, mindfulness, and gratitude. This study aims to build a model of mothers’ SWB based on these factors. The sample comprised 302 young mothers (20-25 years old) selected using convenience sampling. Data were solicited from Likert scales that measured emotion regulation, mindfulness, gratitude, and SWB and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results show that the SWB model had adequate goodness of fit, with a chi-square of 153.553 (p .05), GFI of .934, AGFI of .899, CFI of .929, TLI of .906, and RMSEA of .076. The model shows that emotion regulation and mindfulness, mediated by gratitude, influenced SWB, with gratitude as a strong predictor of SWB. Religious moderation is an urgent entity for Indonesian people because they are multireligious. Hence, this qualitative study aimed to explore the religious moderation factors of multireligious people residing in the Sekaran, Rama Agung, and Cigugur villages of Indonesia and to analyze the people’s most vital factors of religious moderation. Fifteen religious and communal leaders from the three villages were purposively involved as the participants. An interactive model was adopted to analyze the data from interviews and focus group discussions. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. The data sources were class observations and interviews with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and students at the Khoiru Ummah Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT, Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu). The study results found that applying the flipped classroom learning model at SDIT Khoiru Ummah has two stages; pre-class and in-class. At the pre-class stage, the PAI teacher distributes learning videos for students to study before learning in class. While at the stage in the classroom, the learning process arises more from discussions and solving problems of students who do not understand the subject matter excellently. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan jawaban tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran SKI dengan menggunakan metode bervariasi pada siswa kelas V MIM 10 Karang Anyar, Curup, Bengkulu melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Guna menjawab pertanyaan seputar penerapan metode bervariasi tersebut digunakan teknik pengumpul data yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah data diperoleh selanjutnya diolah, disajikan secara deskriptif dan disimpulkan. Penelitian ini menemukan kesimpulan bahwa variasi metode pembelajaran yang digunakan pada mata pelajaran SKI kelas V semester genap meliputi metode ceramah, metode kisah, metode tanya jawab, metode diskusi, metode drill (latihan) dan metode resitasi (pekerjaan rumah). Kendala guru SKI dalam menerapkan metode bervariasi antara lain kurangnya alokasi waktu yang tersedia pada pembelajaaran SKI, serta kurangnya sarana dan prasarana sebagai pendukung penerapan metode bervariasi.

Therefore, this qualitative research seeks to address the discourse on the hidden curriculum. This study aimed to investigate the implementation of the hidden curriculum in the Islamic religious education subject at SMA Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong. Informants in the study were the Principal of SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong and Islamic Education Teachers. The data were garnered using in-depth interviews with the informants. The data were then analyzed using an interactive model. This study found that SMA Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong had implemented the hidden curriculum effectively. Resting upon the aforesaid premises, the present study conducted a library research to reveal how forgiveness is viewed from the perspectives of positive psychology and Islam. 102 scientific works reviewed, 58 works were finally selected to be scrutinized in depth. This study revealed that the discourses in the field of positive psychology imply that forgiveness attitude is of importance to be embedded in human beings and continuously constructed by virtue of its positive natural impacts on mental health, good relationships, physical health, and positive well-being. Culture, religion, ethnic, and language diversity are wealth and pride of Indonesian people. It raises the discourse of multiculturalism as a solution. Taking apart from the pros and cons of this discourse as a Western discourse, authors assert that multiculturalism in the Islamic perspective is the sunnatullah and the fact that it cannot be denied. The descriptive study used to describe the tolerance by the Rejang lebong community and the values derived from Islam and the awareness of Multiculturalism. The results show that there is a link between Islam, nationality and diversity, framed in a multicultural model of social life in Rejang Lebong that adheres to religious values, the philosophy of Pancasila and Bhineka Tunggal Ika, and the philosophy of their ancestors, that is Rejang Pat Petulai which is a symbol of community in unity.

This research was a descriptive research, conducted by using a quantitative approach. The research aimed to study the administrative innovation carried out by the teachers in MAN (Islamic Senior High School) Rejang Lebong and the obstacles faced by the teachers in conducting the innovation. Data was obtained by delivering questionnaires to 54 teachers in MAN Rejang Lebong. Questionnaires consisted of two parts, i.e.: 1) data regarding teacher’s innovation and 2) data regarding teacher’s obstacles in conducting the administrative innovation. Data was processed by using a percentage and a likert scale to determine the interval. The findings in this research explained that the teachers in MAN Rejang Lebong have conducted the administrative innovation. This study qualitatively sought to investigate Indonesian millennial youth's understanding of the concepts of jihad and religious tolerance based on what they have learned from social media. Twenty students from a university in Bengkulu, Indonesia, were purposely engaged as the participants. The data were garnered from interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions. After learning Islamic materials through social media, the findings revealed that Indonesian millennial youth tended to interpret various points regarding jihad and religious tolerance using their cognitive sectorial ego. They consumed raw materials with their inability to comprehend those materials. Consequently, they were easily provoked to blame the diverse emerging perspectives in light of resistance to accept other views excluded from the Islamic teachings they watched in social media.
