The primary objective of this work was to confirm the occurrence of rare BCR ABL fusion variant involving the a3 region of the ABL gene in a patient positive for t(9;22) translocation but negative for common major and minor breakpoint cluster regions and the challenges and threats that it poses in a routine laboratory setting which use commercial kits for monitoring the minimal residual disease. A patient with elevated white blood cell count was subjected to classical cytogenetics, FISH as well as RT-PCR testing using commercial kits as well as published primers and in house testing protocol. PCR amplicon generated from in the process was sequenced and analyzed. The translocation event in chromosome 9 and 22 could be successfully detected. BCR/ABL dual color, dual fusion probe generated a classical balanced translocation scenario within the nucleus of affected cells and presented a '1O1G2F' signal pattern. Agriculture is a gigantic sector of the Indian economy as its share to gross domestic product (GDP) is almost 17 per cent. Over 60 per cent of the population adopts agriculture as main occupation. In spite of a large of Indian economy, agriculture is lagging behind many aspects and characterised by poor connectivity and disintegration of market, unreliable and delayed information to the farmers, small land holdings, non adoption or less adoption of improved technology and so on. It has become indispensable to explore various ways to keep our farmers updated about modern technologies and relevant information. The development and timely dissemination of better personalized technologies specific to different agro-climatic conditions, size of land holding, soil type, type of crops and related pests/diseases is the real issue to brazen out ahead for the agricultural scientists/experts. The timely availability of right information and its proper utilisation is indispensable for agriculture. ICT based initiatives can be taken for propagation of information, transfer of technology, procurement of inputs and selling of outputs in a way so that farmers can be benefitted. The timely information and practical solutions of the agricultural problems helps the farmers to adopt good agricultural practices, make better choices of inputs and to plan the cultivation properly.

The cooperative movement in India emerged with the Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS). They are the cornerstone of India's cooperative credit system and account for the vast majority of cooperative institutes. By serving the financial needs of farmers and lowerincome groups in the villages, these societies play an important role in their financial empowerment. Different PACS are currently striving towards diversification to improve their economic and social standing to eradicate the stigma and repression that still exist in PACS. PACS is driven by a desire to help others. The purpose of this study is to look into the performance, issues, and future possibilities of PACS in the Pune District. Mandavgan Pharata Vividh Karyakari Seva Sahakari Society Maryadit (MPVKSS Society), a one-century-old PACS is studied in this research. The financial analysis is done with help of ratios to find the strength of MPVKSS Society. Network-On-Chip (NoC) is becoming the backbone of System on chip (SoC) architecture and router is the heart of an NOC architecture. This paper explores FPGA implementation of First Virtual Output Queue based Routers. The implementation is obtained through VHDL coding of router blocks in behavioral fashion which are later connected in structural style to get the complete router. In Virtual Output Queue based router the buffer implemented for virtual channel is in the form of Virtual Output Queue memory that provides low latency to the packets traversing the router. Major components of proposed routers are Input Port, allocators and crossbar switch. After implementation of router different NOC topologies namely ring, mesh and binary tree are carried out with respect to two parameters, Area and Delay and is presented with the help of "Xilinx ISE-13.1" software tool .
