with the conventional market system, which is one of the major
obstacles to the improvement of the rural poor's situation and
the advancement of agricultural development. The cooperative
movement in India emerged with the Primary Agricultural Credit
Societies (PACS). They are the cornerstone of India's cooperative
credit system and account for the vast majority of cooperative
institutes. By serving the financial needs of farmers and lowerincome groups in the villages, these societies play an important
    role in their financial empowerment.
Different PACS are currently striving towards diversification
to improve their economic and social standing to eradicate the
stigma and repression that still exist in PACS. PACS is driven by
a desire to help others. The purpose of this study is to look into
the performance, issues, and future possibilities of PACS in the
Pune District. Mandavgan Pharata Vividh Karyakari Seva
Sahakari Society Maryadit (MPVKSS Society), a one-century-old
PACS is studied in this research. The financial analysis is done
with help of ratios to find the strength of MPVKSS Society. The

conducive research environment fosters faculty engagement, ultimately enhancing the
    institution's standing in accreditation assessments.
Academic perceptions on research environment in management institutes highlight the vital
connection between faculty support and institutional recognition.
The study explored institutional support for research activities and the challenges faced by the
teaching fraternity. Data was collected through primary and secondary sources. Findings
revealed that 48.19% of respondents found research activities stressful, while 37.35% struggled
with time management due to official responsibilities.
The support for research activities in terms of travel allowances, registration fees and publication
fees were low. The overall conduciveness of research environment in management institutions
was perceived to be moderate by the academicians. By implementing fair recruitment policies,
ensuring staff retention, and providing support, management institutions can enhance their
research environment, leading to improved faculty and institutional ranking.

Abstract: Online trading volumes have increased significantly in developed countries, while in developing nations; the trend seems to be less pronounced. Research on developing markets and e-trading dynamics in India's tiny but promising economy will be conducted in this study. This approach is based on a study of the literature on e-trading adoption and the development of an analytical framework. Psychological traits that prevent traders from taking part in electronic trading have been coined the term "E-Comfortability." A conceptual framework for electronic trading has been discovered after an in-depth examination of the many aspects of online trading. This research produced statistically significant and useful results. With these results, traders may be able to create new trading volumes and formulate a particular plan of action to follow. Many people now think that online brokers should band together to promote the value of online trading systems as a product, rather than disseminating information about them via several brand identities. Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs), which include self-employed individuals, account for 90% of all businesses and 70% of all jobs globally. An estimated tens of millions of people's employment are in jeopardy due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The findings of a worldwide investigation performed in 2020 are presented in this paper. Entrepreneurs in 23 nations account for more than three-quarters of the world's gross domestic product. Most small company owners faced severe threats to their viability. We also witness resilience in how businesses dealt with the epidemic by being agile, adaptable, exploring new possibilities, employing government backing, giving back to society, and even harbouring development dreams beyond the pandemic itself. In the pandemic, the emotional well-being of entrepreneurs decreased by 12 per cent, putting their firms at risk. To remain productive, entrepreneurs use a variety of well-being tools, including social support and self-care measures. To wrap up the paper, we look at five themes that will shape the post-Covid economy: digitalization, 'local' emphasis; inclusive business models; increasing personal and business resilience, and we provide five practical strategies for entrepreneurs to safeguard their well-being amid these developments.
