2018, Influence of the Biofield Energy Therapy on the Physico-chemical and Thermal Properties of Sulfamethoxazole
Sulfamethoxazole is an antibiotic, which inhibits the bacteria by interfering in its folic acid synthesis mechanism. The objective of this study was to analyze the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of sulfamethoxazole by using modern analytical techniques. The sulfamethoxazole sample was classified as control and treated samples. The control sample did not receive the Biofield Treatment, while the treated sample received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle sizes of the treated sample were significantly reduced by 7.99% (d10), 3.05% (d50), 3.80% (d90), and 3.03%{D(4,3)}; whereas, the specific surface area of the particles was increased by 5.19% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were altered ranging from -70.86% to 52.36% and -6.01% to 75.34%, respectively; whereas the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 27.28% in the treated sulfamethoxazole compared with the control sample. The sample residual amount and maximum thermal degradation temperature were increased by 2.13% and 4.21%, respectively, in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The decomposition temperature and latent heat of decomposition were increased by 3.26% and 19.36%, respectively, in the treated sample compared to the untreated sample. The Biofield Treated sulfamethoxazole might convert to a novel polymorph of the drug, with reduced particle size, increased surface area, and improved thermal stability. This can be helpful in improving the solubility, bioavailability, and stability of the sulfamethoxazole and would be more efficacious for the treatment of infections in the ear, urinary tract infections, traveler’s diarrhoea, bronchitis, shigellosis, and pneumonia, etc.

The current study was aimed to analyze the impact of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on various properties of sulfamethoxazole by using different modern analytical techniques. For this, the sample was first divided into two parts, followed by considering one part as a control sample (no treatment was given). The second part was named as the Biofield Energy Treated sample that was remotely given the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The particle size values were reduced by 14.35%(d10), 8.93%(d50), 7.84%(d90), and 9.24%{D(4,3)}; therefore, the specific surface area was increased by 9.68% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -68.71% to 40.38% and -31.58% to 169.60%, respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 9.49% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The residue weight and maximum thermal degradation temperature were increased by 2.12% and 3.25%, respectively in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The decomposition temperature, latent heat of fusion, and latent heat of decomposition were significantly increased by 11.44%, 48.27%, and 22.59%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated sulfamethoxazole might have formed a new polymorph with reduced particle size and improved surface area and thermal stability. Hence, the use of the treated sulfamethoxazole might be more beneficial in terms of improved solubility, absorption, bioavailability, stability and also for designing the more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations for the treatment and prevention of various bacterial diseases, i.e., ear infections, urinary tract infections, shigellosis, traveler’s diarrhea, bronchitis, and pneumocystis-type of pneumonia, etc.
Influence of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Isotopic Abundance Ratio of Sulfamethoxazole Using LC-MS and GC-MS Spectrometry
Influence of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Isotopic Abundance Ratio of Sulfamethoxazole Using LC-MS and GC-MS SpectrometrySulfamethoxazole is a broad spectrum antibiotic especially used for the treatment of infections caused by bacteria. This study was performed to investigate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of sulfamethoxazole using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. Sulfamethoxazole sample was divided into two parts, one part of sulfamethoxazole was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was treated with The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) 2.5 minutes exhibited the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 252 [M-H]- (calculated for C10H10N3O3S-, 252.04). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly increased by 44.67% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, and 33S contributions from (C10H10N3O3S)- to m/z 253 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The control and treated sulfamethoxazole showed the presence of a chromatographic peak at the retention time of 16.91 min in the GC-MS chromatograms. The peak area% of the treated sample was significantly increased by 80.3% compared to the control sample. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly increased by 24.13% and 90.53%, respectively compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, 18O, 33S, and 34S contributions from (C10H10N3O3S)+ to m/z 254 and 255 in the Biofield Energy Treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+2/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O or 34S/32S) in the treated sulfamethoxazole were significantly altered compared to the control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via The Trivedi Effect®- Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The new form of sulfamethoxazole would be better designing novel pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, bioavailability and therapeutic response against urinary tract infections, ear infections, tuberculosis, traveler’s diarrhea, shigellosis, bronchitis, and pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, etc.

In this research work, the impact of the Trivedi Effect ® (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment) on the physicochemical properties of metronidazole was evaluated using the modern analytical technique. Metronidazole sample was divided into two parts, one part of metronidazole was considered as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided); however, the other part of metronidazole, was exposed to the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The peak intensities, as well as crystallite sizes of the treated metronidazole were significantly altered ranging from-97.25% to 463% and-83.18% to 123.79%, respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly decreased by 14.91% compared with the control sample. The particle size values in the treated metronidazole were significantly decreased by 14.69%(d 10), 10.82%(d 50), 19.14%(d 90), and 16.88% {D (4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 24.7% compared to the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition were decreased by 2.1% and 9.41%, respectively in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was increased by 2.56%; however, the residue amount was significantly decreased by 83.86% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature was decreased by 3.53% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. Thus, the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of metronidazole which may offer better solubility, dissolution, and good bioavailability compared with the control sample. The Consciousness Energy Treated metronidazole would be very useful to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations for the better therapeutic response against bacterial and protozoal infection in the vagina, stomach, liver, skin, joints, brain, and respiratory tract, aspiration pneumonia, rosacea, fungating wounds, intra-abdominal infections, lung abscess, periodontitis, amoebiasis, oral infections, etc.

The test sample metronidazole was divided into control and treated sample. The control sample did not receive Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas the treated sample received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle size values were significantly increased by 14.37% (d10), 9.94% (d50), 7.9% (d90), and 9.41% [D(4,3)]; hence, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 10.58% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -97.25% to 401.64% and -63.08% to 344.35%, respectively, however, average crystallite size was significantly increased by 24.4% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition were significantly increased by 7.64% and 12.13%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 1.34%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 76.46% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Biofield Energy Treatment might generate a new polymorphic form of metronidazole which would offer better powder flow ability and more thermos table compared with the control sample. The treated metronidazole would be very useful in designing better pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic responses against the bacterial infections in the vagina, stomach, liver, skin, joints, brain, and respiratory tract, aspiration pneumonia, fungating wounds, rosacea, abdominal infections, periodontitis, amoebiasis, etc.

An Investigation of the Consciousness Energy Healing Therapy on Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Silver SulfadiazineSilver sulfadiazine is a topical sulfa drug antibiotic that is used by burn patients to prevent the bacterial infection. This study was aimed to analyze the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of silver sulfadiazine with the help of various analytical techniques. The silver sulfadiazine sample was divided into the control and treated parts; where, no Biofield Treatment was provided to the control part, while the treated part received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The PXRD peak intensities and the crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -75.25% to 31.21% and -8.80% to 192.76% respectively, along with 64.06% increase in the average crystallite size of the treated sample than the control sample. The particle sizes were decreased by 1.60% (d10), 2.30% (d50), 2.06% (d90), and 4.40% [D (4,3)]; therefore, the surface area was increased by 2.61% in the treated sample in contrast to the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and decomposition of the treated sample were significantly altered by -21.52% and 32.03%, respectively, compared to the control sample. Additionally, the total weight loss was reduced by 1.86%; however, the residue amount was increased by 2.88% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. Hence, the Biofield Treatment might be considered as a novel approach to generate a new polymorph of silver sulfadiazine that is more soluble, bioavailable, and thermally stable, which could be useful in designing a novel pharmaceutical formulation for the better therapeutic response against various type of bacterial disease.

Sulfamethoxazole sample was divided into two parts, one part of sulfamethoxazole was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) 2.5 minutes exhibited the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 252 [M-H]-. The peak area of the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly increased by 42.96% compared to the control sample. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly decreased by 49.56% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, and 33S contributions from (C10H10N3O3S)- to m/z 253 in the treated sample were significantly decreased compared with the control sample. The GC-MS peak area% of the treated sample was significantly increased by 80.3% compared to the control sample. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly altered by 119.53% and -25.48%, respectively compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, 18O, 33S, and 34S contributions from (C10H11N3O3S)+ to m/z 254 and 255 in the treated sample were significantly altered compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O or 34S/32S) in the treated sulfamethoxazole were significantly altered compared to the control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in peak area%, isotopic abundance, and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®. The experiment was performed to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of sulfamethoxazole using LC-MS and GC-MS analytical techniques. Sulfamethoxazole sample was divided into two parts, one part of sulfamethoxazole was considered as a control sample, while the other part only received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a wellknown Spiritual Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and termed as a treated sample. In both the samples, LC-MS spectra showed at retention time (Rt) 2.51 minutes, that exposed the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 252 [M-H]- (calculated for C10H10N3O3S-, 252.04). The peak area of the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly increased by 55.17% than untreated test item. The LC-MS-based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the Biofield Treated/Blessed sulfamethoxazole was significantly decreased by 55.57% than untreated. Similarly, the GC-MS peak area% of the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly increased by 12.96% than untreated test item. The GC-MS-based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the Biofield Treated/Blessed sulfamethoxazole was significantly decreased by 15.86% and 8.8%, respectively than untreated test item. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O or 34S/32S) in the treated sulfamethoxazole were significantly reduced than untreated test item. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, 18O, 33S, and 34S contributions from (C10H11N3O3S)+ to m/z 254 and 255 in the treated sample were significantly reduced than untreated test item. The reduced isotopic abundance ratios would highly influence the atomic bond vibration, chemical bond strength, and the stability of treated sulfamethoxazole. It can be envisaged that the changes in peak area%, isotopic abundance, and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei, possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®. The new form of sulfamethoxazole would be more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, bioavailability, and better therapeutic response against urinary tract infections, tuberculosis, diarrhoea, ear infections, bronchitis, shigellosis, and Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, etc.

Evaluation of the Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of the Biofield Energy Healing Treated OfloxacinOfloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic useful for the treatment of many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial infections. The objective of this research work was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of ofloxacin using modern analytical techniques. The sample was divided into two parts. One part of ofloxacin was considered as the control sample (no biofield energy treatment was provided), whereas the second part was received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and was termed as the treated sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from 7.45 % to 73.06 % and -44.1 % to 77.95 %, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The particle size values were significantly altered at d10 (-19.47 %), d50 (1.14 %), d90 (-8.70%), and D (4, 3) (-10.20%); whereas, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 15.66 % in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition of the treated ofloxacin were significantly increased by 16.24 % and 88.03 %, respec-tively compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly decreased by 6.21 %; additionally, the residue amount was significantly increased by 47.16 % in the treated ofloxacin compared with the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect® might generate a new polymorphic form of ofloxacin which would be more soluble, bioavailable, and be thermally more stable compared with the untreated sample. The Biofield Treated ofloxacin would be more efficacious against urinary tract infections, infections of the urethra and cervix, infectious diarrhoea, pneumonia, cellulitis, chronic bronchitis, prostatitis, plague, etc.

Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment: Impact on Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Silver SulfadiazineSilver sulfadiazine is a topical medicine that belongs to sulfa antibiotics class of drugs and used in treating wound infections in burn patients. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on the various properties of silver sulfadiazine with the help of modern analytical techniques. The sample was divided into two parts; the first part was not given any treatment and considered as a control sample, while the second part was provided the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by the Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak remotely, named as the treated sample. The powder XRD data showed significant alterations in the peak intensities of the treated sample ranging from-30.71% to 47.54% compared to the control sample. The crystallite size was altered ranging from -78.12% to 1.47%; and the average crystallite size was significantly reduced by 31.62% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The particle sizes were decreased in the treated sample by 12.75%(d10), 4.98%(d50), 0.89%(d90), and 2.92%{D(4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 17.31% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition were profoundly increased by 24.62% and 156.28%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was increased by 3.08% and the residue amount was reduced by 4.44% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated sample might form a new polymorph of silver sulfadiazine that possesses reduced particle size and improved thermal properties compared to the untreated sample. Therefore, the Biofield Energy treated sample can be used in nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulation, which would show a better bioavailability and therapeutic response against various infections in comparison to the control sample.
