This study aims to make it easier for donors who will donate without having to come to the place so that it is more effective and efficient. The development of this information system uses SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle), which includes four stages, namely planning, analysis, design and implementation. By implementing this information system application, it is hoped that it will facilitate fundraising activities during both pandemic and non-pandemic periods. Fundraising is the process of collecting contributions from donors. Through data analysis, it is known that religious factors, the influence of campaigns and platform innovations have a positive effect, while the social spirit of the community has a negative effect. Overall, all factors are very important in influencing people to donate through online crowdfunding. The results of this study indicate that the factors of people's social life have a negative impact, because people believe that if someone has a high standa...

The Determining Factors of Student Intention to Donate in Social Crowdfunding Media2020 •
The issue of social crowdfunding has been widely discussed in various countries. In Indonesia, social crowdfunding media platforms are frequently used for social activities such as the donation for the victims of natural disasters or donation for people who suffer from financial deficiency. However, empirical research on social crowdfunding is finite. Even though the platform has been extensively used by the society, the lack of interest towards study in social crowdfunding is evident due to the obscureness of government regulations regarding the fundraising media. Considering the enormous contribution of social crowdfunding media for the people in need, the enthusiasm of the society to participate in the donation activities thus need to be elevated. This study aims to determine the degree of one’s motivation in trying to try to donate through social crowdfunding media. The data of this research was collected using survey method with a total of 300 respondents.

A Study of Donation-Based Crowd Funding PlatformsPersuasion is the process of communication in which a person wants to create an influence to induce certain behaviour sends a persuasive message to the other individual with the aim of generating an impact on the recipient's attitude. The power of decision making, however, is at the disposal of the recipient. Various technologies are used by the donation based crowd funding platforms to persuade the website visitors to make donations for certain causes. The main objective of the study was to focus on the specific factors that are used by the donation based crowd funding platforms to persuade the prospective donors to make donations to specific campaigns. Exploration methods were used to obtain the necessary data through online questionnaires. The questionnaire mainly included close ended questions where most of the questions were designed for the people who have donated using crowd funding platforms to react on a Likert scale of 5 (Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree). Total sam...
The research aimed to determine the factors affecting online donation intention of Generation Y, particularly in donation-based crowdfunding in Indonesia, because even though online donation had been trending in Indonesia, not all donation projects are successful. Therefore further research was needed to identify factors that influence the success of an online donation project. Using quantitative method, the research used combination of Theory of Planned Behavior (Attitude, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control), Social Presence Theory, and S-O-R Theory (Website Quality, Transaction Convenience, Perceived Credibility). The research used purposive sampling with total of 118 respondents. The result of the analysis suggests that millennials’ intention to donate is significantly affected by the perceived credibility of the crowdfunding platform. This is mainly because the transaction is conducted online, hence the donors are concerned about whether their donation is going to be...
This study employed the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) framework to investigate how social support and quality of the community affect the purpose to donate through donation-based crowdfunding. The online poll generated 359 responses, and the data were statistically analysed using the partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) approach. Path coefficient analysis is also applied to figure out the outcomes of the relationships between the components. The results showed that service and system quality greatly influenced the donors’ trust towards the donation-based crowdfunding. In addition, statistics showed that trust, quality of services, information value, and emotional support played a substantial role in explaining the donation purposes. The results could help donation-based crowdfunding platforms to enhance their success rate of donation campaigns. This study also provided a management application for each relationship and suggested helpful measures in attra...

Factors Influence Online Donation during Covid-19 PandemicThe Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes in human behaviour, including payment transaction methods from cash to non-cash. In addition, the National Non-Cash Program (GNTT) by Bank Indonesia (BI) also supports this new behaviour. This non-cash payment also occurs in donation payments, including zakat, infaq, alms and other Islamic social funds. This research analyses the factors influencing user behaviour (UB) towards the online donation from cash to non-cash. This study uses quantitative research within Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) tools. The data of this study is compiled by questionnaire on 124 respondents in East Java who made online donations during the Covid-19 pandemic (March 2020 – 2021). This research uses a technology adaptation model that is the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model using the facilitating conditions (FC), performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE) and social influence (SI) variables. The digital ingredients of donation-based crowdfunding. A data-driven study of Leetchi projects and social campaigns2018 •
The study was carried out with the goal of analyzing and studying the factors affecting the intention to donate money on social networking platforms of young people living and working in Hanoi. In the study, the authors used a combination of qualitative and quantitative research to provide a complete scale before entering into the official research. With 383 questionnaires with valid answers, all of these people have participated in online support through different social networking platforms. The results received from the survey were processed and analyzed using the supporting software SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 25. Finally, the results obtained show the importance of social networks for the effectiveness of charity fundraising in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the research team found that only the reputation of the organization and the knowledge, as well as subjective standards of the participants in favor, indirectly influenced their intention to donate to charity through belief and attitude.

Web-Based Sales and Fundraising Information System at Beri Perubahan Indonesia FoundationThis research departs from the problems faced by the management of Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation, namely (1) The absence of an information system that acts as a Transaction Processing System (TPS), (2) The absence of an information system that provides the best convenience and experience for users and donors in Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation equipped with payment gateways so that users are facilitated in every transaction they make. Based on these problems, researchers aim to solve existing problems. In this study researchers used descriptive qualitative research motto using primary data from unstructured interview results and secondary data derived from library studies, while to build the required system, researchers used one type of Agile method, namely Extreme Programming (XP). Based on the results of the study, it shows that researchers successfully fulfilled the purpose of this study or in a sense, with this study Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation already has an information system that acts as a Transaction Processing System (TPS) to manage sales and also fundraising or crowdfunding, and there has been a system that provides convenience and a good experience for users and donors at Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation. But in the article management section, the system has not been able to login one door, so to enter the Content Management System (CMS) page of the article, must login again. In the end, the sales and fundraising information system created and designed by researchers has met the research objectives and meets the needs of Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation.

Neurocranial Pharmacodialysis Device for subarachnoid hemorrhage treatment—a perspective2024 •
The OBJECTIVE was to evaluate the clinical viability of the author’s pharmacodialysis device for the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). This neuroengineered system, implantable in the neurocranium, can perform subarachnoid drug delivery, edema drainage, neurotoxin dialysis, and electroencephalography (EEG) recording for years, hence its therapeutic potential in SAH as a Neurocranial Pharmacodialysis Device (NPD). The METHOD of the evaluation consisted of reexamining the related medical inventions, considering the experience with earlier device versions, and interpreting the context of relevant studies by other investigators. The RESULTS showed the following four facts: (1) high-grade SAH requiring decompressive craniectomy readily offers, as the last step of the neurosurgical procedure, the safe closure of the opened cranium with the NPD while leaving the efficacy of the decompressive intervention intact. (2) The neurocranially attached NPD can automatically execute, as long as it is necessary, subarachnoid polypharmacy to prevent post-SAH vasospasm, reduce the risk of rebleeding, and provide neuroprotection in delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI), bypassing the blood-brain barrier (BBB) via connected subarachnoid strips. (3) These effects of drug delivery can be optimized with NPD-controlled long-term cleaning of the CSF and drainage of cellular debris, hydrocephalus, and interstitial edema accompanied by the subarachnoid dialysis of potentially neurotoxic extracellular molecules. (4) Safety and efficacy of these NPD operations are monitored, and possible epileptiform EEG is detected, via the wireless EEG system of the device. The CONCLUSION was that complementing conservative therapies with NPD implantation can reduce the current substantial mortality and morbidity among hospitalized survivors of SAH.
