Electronic structure contributions to electron transfer in blue Cu and Cu A2000 •
centers are summarized and their relation to intra- and inter-protein electron transfer (ET) kinetics are described. Specific contributions of the electronic structures of these two broad classes of Cu ET proteins to H AB, λ, and Δ E° are discussed. Also, the role of the protein structure in determining key geometric features which define the electronic structures of the metal sites in these proteins is considered.

Programming plasticity as embodied in childhood: A critical genealogy of 'the biology of adversity and resilience'2023 •
The biology of adversity and resilience' (TBOAR) coheres around the claim that early childhood experiences of stress and adversity get 'under the skin' and become 'biologically embedded', increasing the risk of negative health and behavioural outcomes later in life. Taking a genealogical approach to biosocial plasticity, this article situates TBOAR within the arc of an apparatus of power/knowledge that emerged in tandem with liberal governmentality, and which assumes childhood as a means of programming the future. The argument is that TBOAR is a normative fiction: a socially-scripted story that figures the 'resilient' child in a way that potentially sustains extant inequalities by prefiguring a future that is in step with the neoliberal present.

KRITIK ATAS METODE HERMENEUTIKA DALAM TAFSIR ALQURÁN: SEBUAH PROBLEMATIKA DAKWAH2020 •
Abstrak Hermeneutika sebagai metodologi yang diprakarsai sebagai alternative metode penafsiran Al-Qurán telah ditawarkan oleh Ilmuwan Barat dan Ilmuwan Muslim Moderat dan Liberal. Hanya saja hal ini menjadi perdebatan dalam internal kalangan ummat Islam dikarenakan hermenuetika berbeda dengan Tafsir maupun Ta'wil yang merupakan ilmu yang sudah disepakati dalam metodologi memehami Al-Qurán dan dengan hermenuetika semua hasil tafsir dan ta'wil yang dilakukan oleh ulama itu hanyalah penafsiran, dan karenanya bergantung pada subyektivitas orangnya. Ada 3 aliran utama dalam tubuh ummat ketika menyikapi metode hermeneutika untuk tafsir Al-Qurán. Yaitu: menerima, menolak sepenuhnya, dan menerima sebagian dengan beberapa alasan. Produk yang dihasilkan dari hermeneutika mengarah kepada suatu paham relativisme yang menganggap tidak adanya tafsir yang tetap. Dan akhirnya membuat konklusi general bahwa semua tafsir dianggap produk akal manusia yang relatif, kontekstual, temporal, dan personal. Akibat yang ditampilkan oleh metode ini pun tidak sesederhana yang diperkirakan namun berdampak tidak hanya pada hukum syariat Islam dan juga kepada factor ideology, sosial, psikologi, dan budaya Ummat Islam. Abstract Hermeneutics as a methodology initiated as an alternative method of interpreting the Qur'an has been offered by Western Scientists and Moderate and Liberal Muslim Scientists. It's just that this has become an internal debate among Muslims because of hermeneutics different from the Tafsir or Ta'wil which is a science that has been agreed upon in the methodology for understanding the Qur'an and with hermenuetics all the results of interpretations and ta'wil conducted by the ulama are only interpretations and hence depends on the subjectivity of the person. There are 3 main opinions in the body of the ummah when responding to the hermeneutic method for the interpretation of the Qur'an. They are: who accept it, who reject it completely, and who accept some for several reasons. The thought produced from hermeneutics leads to an understanding of relativism that considers the absence of a permanent interpretation. And finally make a general conclusion that all interpretations are considered relative, contextual, temporal, and personal products of human reason. The effects displayed by this method are not as simple as predicted but have an impact not only on Islamic Sharia law and also on the ideological, social, psychological, and cultural factors of the Islamic Ummah.

Մածնաբերդը Հայաստանի հյուսիսարևելյան շրջանների կարևոր ամրություններից էր: Միջնադարյան պատմիչները բազմիցս հիշատակել են հուշարձանի մասին` առանց նշելու նրա տեղը: Այս հանգամանքը տարակարծություն է առաջացրել հետազոտողների շրջանում, որոնց մի խումբը (Մ. Հովհաննեսյան, Ս. Բարխուդարյան, Ս. Կարապետյան) այն տեղակայել է Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս` Ադրբեջանի տարածքում, իսկ մյուս մասի կարծիքով (Ղ. Ալիշան, Ա. Շահնազարյան, Հր. Քարտաշյան, Ռ. Մաթևոսյան) այն գտնվել է Տավուշում: Առկա տվյալների քննությունը մեզ բերում է այն համոզման, որ Մածնաբերդը Այգեձորի մոտ գտնվող Աղջկաբերդն է: Крепость Мацнаберд была одним из важных укреплений северо-восточных районов Армении. Средневековые историки неоднократно упоминали памятник без указания его местонахождения. Это обстоятельство вызвало разногласия среди исследователей. Некоторые из них (М. Оганесян, С. Бархударян, С. Карапетян), локализируют крепость за пределами Армении, на территории Азербайджана. По мнению других (Г. Алишан, А. Шахназарян, Г. Карташян, Р. Матевосян), крепость находится в регионе Тавуш. Исследования имеющихся данных приводят к выводу, что Мацнаберд — это Ачкаберд близ села Айгедзор. The Matznaberd fortress was one of the important fortifications of the northeastern regions of Armenia. Medieval historians often mentioned the monument but without indicating its location. This circumstance has caused disagreements among researchers. Some of them (M. Hovhannisyan, S. Barkhudaryan, S. Karapetyan) localize the fortress outside Armenia, on the territory of Azerbaijan. According to others (G. Alishan, A. Shahnazaryan, G. Kartashyan, R. Matevosyan), the fortress is located in the Tavush region. The study of the available data leads us to conclusion that Matznaberd is Akhchkaberd near Aygedzor village.
