Background: Primary progressive aphasia (PPA) is a neurodegenerative syndrome with three main clinical variants: non-fluent, semantic, and logopenic. Clinical diagnosis and accurate classification are challenging and often time-consuming. The Mini-Linguistic State Examination (MLSE) has been recently developed as a short language test to specifically assess language in neurodegenerative disorders. Objective: Our aim was to adapt and validate the Spanish version of MLSE for PPA diagnosis. Methods: Cross-sectional study involving 70 patients with PPA and 42 healthy controls evaluated with the MLSE. Patients were independently diagnosed and classified according to comprehensive cognitive evaluation and advanced neuroimaging. Results: Internal consistency was 0.758. The influence of age and education was very low. The area under the curve for discriminating PPA patients and healthy controls was 0.99. The first two weddings are described in Dr. Rachel Finnegan’s ‘The Memoirs and Diaries of Judith Isobel Chavesse. She goes into considerable details and here the full newspaper descriptions of those attending and the presents are listed. The 1893 weddings might be described as Protestant Gentry. The Local gentry had been on a downward spiral from the early 19th century but in 1893 they would have thought it inconceivable that their world would have largely vanished by 1922 excepting the enclave in Castletownshend. The 1910 is a Catholic wedding, again a very detailed listing of those in attendance and the presents. Despite the immense deprivation of many in the general district from the early 19ht century there was a thriving Catholic and Protestant middle class of professionals and merchants and this accelerated post 1922 particularly for Catholics. 1893, 1910 Skibbereen Weddings, Guests, Presents. اتبعت الدولة العديد من السياسات التي عملت على زيادة الإنتاجية من الأرز، باستخدام التقاوي الجيدة والإرشاد ونقل التكنولوجيا، مما انعكس على زيادة الإنتاج الكلى، الا ان هناك صعوبات تعترض محصول الأرز ظهرت في السنوات الأخيرة أهمها مشكلة محدودية مياه الري، مما جعل الدولة تتبنى سياسة تحديد المساحة المزروعة، وبالتالي قد يؤثر هذا القرار على نسبة الاكتفاء الذاتي من المحصول، وتبين ان محصول الأرز يمثل نحو 16% فى التركيب المحصولى الصيفى السائد فى مصر. واتضح أن المساحة المزروعة من الأرز انخفضت في عام 2020 بنحو 11.3% عن نظيرتها في عام 2019، وبلغت الإنتاجية الفدانية في عام 2020 نحو 3.77 طن للفدان، بارتفاع قدره نحو 2.45%، وعدم ارتفاع الإنتاجية الفدانية بمعدلات تعوض تاثير انخفاض المساحة المزروعة بالمحصول، وتزايدت كمية الاستهلاك القومى من الارز بنحو 8.45% في عام 2019، بالمقارنة بنظيرتها فى عام 2018، وتبين ظهور فجوة بداية من عام 2017 حتى عام 2020، ومن المتوقع أن يكون هناك فجوة قدرها نحو 2.5 مليون طن في عام 2023، بينما سيكون هناك فجوة مقدرة بنحو 2.56 مليون طن فى عام 2025، اما في حالة تحديد المساحة المزروعة بنحو 724 ألف فدان وانتاجية فدانية مستهدفة 5.5 طن للفدان وتغير كمية الاستهلاك وفقاً لمعدلاته :من المتوقع أن الإستهلاك القومى من الأرز أن يصل الإستهلاك القومي من الأرز الى نحو 5.93 مليون طن في عام 2022، والى نحو 6.03 مليون طن في عام 2025. ومع افتراض وصول الانتاجية الفدانية الى 5.5 طن للفدان كانتاجية مستهدفة، من المتوقع أن يكون هناك فجوة قدرها نحو 1.95 مليون طن في عام 2023، بينما سيكون هناك فجوة مقدرة بنحو 2.05 مليون طن فى عام 2025. كما اتضح إن تزايد الانتاجية الفدانية للارز فى مصر مقداره نحو 1٪ يؤدى إلى تزايد نسبة الاكتفاء الذاتى من الارز فى مصر مقداره نحو 2.24٪. كما تبين إن تزايد السعر المزرعى لطن الارز فى مصر مقداره نحو 1٪ يؤدى إلى تزايد نسبة الاكتفاء الذاتى من الارز فى مصر مقداره نحو 0.014٪. ويوصى البحث بتوفير كميات التقاوى من الأصناف الحديثة عالية الجودة والانتاجية، التي تكفى لزراعة المساحات المستهدفة من الأرز في المحافظات المختلفة ووضع خطة لتويرها للمزارعين قبل موعد زراعة الأرز.
