A psicanálise freudiana reconhece que a identificação é a primeva e primordial forma de ligação afetiva a um objeto, isto é, um processo profundamente enraizado na singularidade do sujeito e em nossas atividades sociais; por outro lado, na clínica psicanalítica haveria o testemunho dessa manifestação sintomática no processo da identificação.

Resumo: Avalio aqui o modo como uma poética da narratividade audiovisual nos universos seriados da ficção televisiva parece uma opção heurística interessante, partindo do exame sobre as estratégias construídas por Jason Mittell para consolidar uma tal perspectiva de pesquisa. Considerando o modo como o percurso desse autor revela um débito excessivo com respeito a certas matrizes culturalistas do pensamento sobre a televisão, identifico as dificuldades implicadas em sua construção da ficção seriada, a partir de um recorte aproximadamente poético (sobretudo centrado nas estruturas narrativas desses produtos). Procuro então reconstruir o caminho de uma poética do storytelling televisual, seguindo as pistas daqueles autores que têm trabalhado esse problema a partir de uma imanência narratológica e poética da ficção seriada. Abstract: I hereby evaluate how a poetics of audiovisual narrativity in the serial universes of television fiction seems to be an interesting heuristic option, starting from the examination of the theoretical strategies constructed by Jason Mittell to consolidate such a perspective of research. Considering the way in which this author's career reveals an excessive debt with respect to certain culturalist matrices of the thinking about television, I identify the difficulties involved in its construction of serial fiction, from an approximately poetic (mainly centered on the narrative structures of these products). I then try to reconstruct the path of a poetics of televisual storytelling, following the clues of those authors who have worked on this problem, thus departing from a narratological and poetic immanence of serial fiction. INTRODUÇÃO Na compreensão mais freqüente e duradoura de sua compreensão, o vocábulo "poética" tem designado um conjunto de saberes centrados sobre a arte da composição de "poemas dramáticos" ou, em termos mais descritivos, a produção de representações de ações, agentes e situações, organizados-na medida do veículo narrativo que as articula-com o propósito de gerar efeitos de toda ordem na audiência (notadamente aqueles de perfil cognitivo, sensorial e/ou emocional). Na história desse campo disciplinar, diversas maneiras de avaliar os significados de poiésis dramática foram disputados por autores, escolas e tradições, em campos de conhecimento que se estenderam da filosofia da arte às teorias da narrativa, passando pelas teorias literárias e, mais recentemente, nos estudos cinematográficos.

The human immunodeficiency virus type 1 protease (HIV-1 PR) is an important enzyme in life cycle of the HIV virus. It cleaves inactive pre-proteins of the virus and changes them into active proteins. Darunavir suppresses the wild type HIV-1 PR (WT-Pr) activity, but can’t inhibit the mutant resistant forms (MUT-Pr). Increasing knowledge about the resistance mechanism can be helpful for designing of more effective inhibitors. In this study, the mechanism of resistance of Ile47val and Ile54Met MUT-Pr strain against Darunavir was investigated.
