The article is about the learning from aviation risk management to corporate risk management. Aviation risk management plays a vital role in providing safety to air passengers. The paper study the key areas of development in the aviation industry, such as systematic thinking processes, the role of regulator, post-accident analysis, feedback mechanism from front line crew, etc. can be taken to corporate risk management. The paper compares these risk management developments in the corporate sector and identifies the learning opportunities. The findings are that humanrelated factors in the corporate world can be improved using a similar technique to the Aeronautical Decision-Making technique. Pilots use flight simulation techniques; this can be very useful for Chief Risk Officers. There is a very strong feedback mechanism in the aviation sector leading to Crew Resource Management can be implemented in financial services. The aviation sector has become from the riskiest to the safest mode of transportation.

Penerapan K3 dalam Dunia Teknologi Informasi harus mulai diperhatikan perusahaan startup. Seperti kita tahu dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, tidak dapat disangkal bahwa perusahaan start-up dan perusahaan teknologi informasi memainkan peran penting dalam mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi global.

Matching product, process or strategy innovation strategies to the emerging exogenous or endogenous business situations minimises a firm's vulnerability in the wake of the increasingly more precarious business world. However, it is often the mismatch between such strategies which is often a major hurdle of most of the contemporary businesses. To address such innovation strategy mismatches, it is argued in this conceptual paper that it is not only synchronisation of product innovation with relevant process and strategy innovation strategies that would leverage a firm's superior market performance, but also matching relevant product, process and strategy innovation strategies to the diagnosed exogenous and endogenous business situations. In exogenous business situations characterised by intense industry rivalries or market saturation, the application of a combination of product and strategy innovation strategies would enable a business avoid vulnerability to the increasing spate of destructive rivalries by creating new products to tape opportunities in new markets and render irrelevant the competition in the existing markets. However, in cases of frequent sporadic destructive competitors' actions causing proliferation of enormous disruptive innovations, the use of a combination of product, process and strategy innovation strategies would enable a business create superior value offerings in conjunction with gaming-motivated cooperation and strategic alliances with rivals to recreate the existing industry conditions and circumstances to its advantages. That contrasts with the circumstances where a business is experiencing significant shifts in customer tastes and preferences. In such situations, the use of product and strategy innovation strategies would integrate new value offerings in the existing products to reverse the shifts in customer tastes and preferences. However, in endogenous situations, quests for growth would require the use of a combination of product, process and strategy innovation strategies as contrasted with cases of quests for costs' minimisation where only the use of process and strategy innovation strategies would be required. It also contrasts with differentiation quests where only product and process innovation strategies would be critical for aiding a firm to achieve its business credo.

The present investigation was aimed to study the effect of Glutathione on membrane intigrity of Hariana bull spermatozoa through Hypo-Osmotic Swelling Test (HOST) during the different stages of semen preservation; after dilution, pre-freeze and post thaw, using Tris based dilutors. After the primary evaluation like progressive motility more than 70% and sperm concentration more than 600 millions spermatozoa/ml of collected ejaculates (N=24) of bulls were used for cryopreservation. The samples were extended in a Glycerolated Egg Yolk Tris (GEYT) Extender upto 80 millions sperm /ml. Addition of various concentrations 0.0 mM (Control), 0.5 mM (T1) & 1.0 mM (T2) of Glutathione was done in the diluted semen. Semen was frozen in liquid nitrogen vapour in French Mini Straw. The plasma membrane integrity of spermatozoa was evaluated through HOST. En los ultimos anos, las Tutorias de Pares se han transformado en una importante alternativa complementaria en las universidades de alcance provincial y nacional de la Republica Argentina. Por esta razon es que en este articulo nos proponemos narrar nuestras experiencias como Tutores Pares del Curso de Ingreso en Historia 2015 de la Facultad de Humanidades, Artes y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Autonoma de Entre Rios, sede Concepcion del Uruguay. Para ello abordaremos a las Tutorias de Pares como una propuesta complementaria de colaboracion, aprendizaje mutuo y convivencia universitaria , apelando a nuestras experiencias personales como tutores, a las encuestas realizadas a los Alumnos Tutorados y a los mas recientes aportes teoricos respecto a la tematica.
