In china, Football was not a major part of Chinese sport culture but today, as the popularity of football is growing in China, youth are actively involving in football. Hence, then need for additional for coaches after qualified football. Although challenges they face, Beginners coaches continue to be engaged in coaching. Therefore, this study was needed to analyze the problems encountered by football beginners' coaches in Shanghai City of China. A quantitative approach was adopted for this study. Ninth six including 77 males and 19 females' footballs coaches completed a 34-item questionnaire on the perceived hindrances to coaching. The average of age is 30 years old. The results of this study showed that Coaching conflicts with family commitments, Low salary, Lack of opportunities for promotion coaching, interferes with social life; Difficulties with parents/spectators are major barriers to their coaching. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the Government in collaboration with Chinese Football Association (CFA)and Shanghai Football Association (SFA), the local Association, should fix adequate strategies to solve these problems that are encountered by beginners 'coaches.

Influence of Football basic technical training on youth soccer players in Shanxi province, ChinaThe aim of the study is to investigate the effect of fifteen-week basic soccer training and education by coaching youth soccer players who are under eight (U8) and under ten (U10) years old. This study has included 24 children (U8 and U10) who have participated in the physical fitness sessions of football at school. Twelve participants in the experimental group (EG) undertook intervention training in games. Twelve young players served as a control group (CG) undertook traditional training methods used in Dali Football Club. Experimental groups indicated greater improvements than control groups (P<0.05) at four tests of basic technical education of football. The results indicated that soccer education and training four times a week can improve the basic skills of football of U8 and U10 children. Study concluded that the training in games methods considered in this study might be suitable to design an effective coaching methods and training sessions aimed at the development of the fundamental skills in youth soccer players.

What is embarrassing for Chinese sports, however, is that the supply of the sports cannot meet the needs of people with the rapid development in almost every field of China. Furthermore, teenager's sports constitution is deteriorated year on year and it is very short of backup talents in competitive sports. Faced with China's devastated football, the appropriate attitude is neither seeking quick success and instant benefits nor turning a blind eye to it; the urgent thing for this moment is to establish a feasible and sustainable football system. The future for China's football, by analyzing the history of Chinese football, the strategy of football development by the country's leaders, and the policy of Youth Campus Football in 2009, coupled with sports humanism, is to instill sharing sports concept, to promote the joint efforts of multiple governmental departments in education, sports and finance, to establish the talent cultivation system which combines education with sports for youth football, to establish the public sports service system, to create a talent development system which integrates the efforts from school, society and family.

The Development of Malaysian State Sports Schools Football Coaches' Key Themes in Coaching ProcessThe aim of the research is to understand and discover the key development themes of practices in the football coaching process developed by the coaches from Malaysian State Sports School. Fourteen experienced Malaysian State Sports School head coaches were involved as participants in this study and in-depth open-ended semi-structured interview method was used for data collection. Data were analyzed based on Evolved Grounded Theory consisting four core categories and fourteen subcategories emerged that make up the key development themes in coaching process; i) planning (coaching syllabus, signature coaching, individual development, fun elements, risk management), ii) deliver (heuristic, empowerment, spirituality), iii) analysing (evaluating, observation, monitoring) and iv) outcome (competence, life skills, coaching intervention). Subsequent exploration is recommended to identify how this knowledge is integrated into the coaching process and applied in the football development program.

Improving the Playing Ability of Chinese Youth Football Athletes: Psychological Nurturing Strategies2023 •
The game of football is not only about the skills of the players, a battle of tactics, it's also a battle of the players' psychological qualities, the players' psychological quality determines to a certain extent the victory or defeat of the game. a key period for youth players as they transition from teenager to young adult, it is also an important period of transition in human psychological development, this period is directly related to the direction and level of their psychological development, therefore, improving the level of athletic ability of individual player, enhancing mental training for football players, scientific development of the psychological qualities of football players is essential. This paper starts with the current situation of pre-match mental training of Chinese youth players, selfconfidence, match tense intensity, pressure tolerance level, three areas for athletes competition mental development explored, a vague concept of training for the psychological needs of young athletes was found, for athletes training not mastered the right way to train .therefore, this paper proposes that by increasing the stock of selfconfidence, match arrangements normalization, meditation and breathing control method release psychological stress, conducting pre-match psychological preparatory meeting and between team members mental Building counselling improving the playing ability of young football players.
Football coaches are those who prepare teams for various competitions in technical, tactical, conditioning, strategy and mental contexts by using academic knowledge and experience, and also decide match squad. Football coaches are responsible for the sporting success of the team. Nowadays, a coach is no longer just a technical and tactical coach. From this point of view, football coaching can also be regarded as football business, where the risks associated with professional career are taken the most. Football whose commercial value is increasing day by day is confronted as a workplace where various labor markets take place. In football, labor markets around coaching profession, similar to other labor markets but shaped by the specific characteristics of the profession many experiences are gained by coaches. The aim of this study is to make a general evaluation of the football coach labor market by taking the football coaching profession in the context of the experience of the coaches through their experiences and opinions. Questionnaire technique was applied to obtain data on professional experiences of football coaches in the survey. Survey questions were prepared by us. The obtained data were evaluated in SPSS statistical program and analyzed by frequency and cross tabulation. From this point of view, research is a descriptive model-based research for revealing the general situation of the market. In the findings section of the study, demographic characteristics related to the performance of the coaching profession such as coach license grades, football histories, and educational status are regarded. The quantitative and qualitative findings are related to their professional experience. Although the results of the survey show that football coaches are exposed to practices outside of the regulations related to their working life, that these experiences cause social and economic insecurity, that these regulations, which classify coaches and determine the scope and duration of their work, also cause a number of grievances, experience unemployment at various times, that they do not feel secure, that they are unemployed at any moment, and that they have gone through long steps to practice their profession.

Experiences of Student Coaches in Brazilians University Teams: a possibility for the coach education processWe aimed to explore the experiences of student coaches as coaching staff members in university teams. In consideration of exploring the experiences of student coaches as coaching staff members in university teams, we used an intrinsic case study to comprehend the specific conditions of five different students’ experiences. In this intrinsic case study, a total of ten interviews were conducted with student coaches (two female; three male) characterizing a variety of sports (soccer, volleyball, track and field, futsal, and handball). Participant ages ranged from 19 to 25 years. Interviews lasted from 50 min to 60 min and were transcribed verbatim. Inductive analyses of the transcripts revealed meaning units that were further grouped into general themes and subthemes.
