Preliminary study on potential area for underground coal mine has been carried out at Bontang area and its vicinity, East Kalimantan Province. Geographically, it locates on 117'15'00" - 117"30'00" E and 0 "00'00" - 0 '15'00" N. Evaluation on secondary data has been carried out in relation to several geological aspects such as coal seam thickness, coal seam dip, as well as calorific value. It shows that underground coal mine can be developed in the study area. Three coal bearing have been identified, namely Balikpapan Formation, Pulubalang Formation and Pamaluan Formation. Coal seam distribution of these rock formations can be drawn up to 500 meters depth. Based on geological point of view the study area has good potential for underground coal mine development.

This study was based on the realization that, the students are people who are steeped in the teachings of Islam. With that being religious teachings they learned, it will make intelligent students of spiritually. Spiritual intelligence possessed of students is expected to shape the personality of students. Issues raised in this study is the relationship between spiritual intelligence with personality students of al-Hidayah Boarding School in Karangsuci Purwokerto. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence with personality Al Hidayah Boarding School students Karangsuci Purwokerto or not. This type of research is a field research with quantitative approach to examine the population or a particular sample. The sample was 111 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis is by using Product Moment Correlation analysis. Based on the research conducted, the conclusion about the relationship between spiritual intelligence with personalitystudents of Al Hidayah Boarding School Karangsuci Purwokerto, namely 1) The calculation result obtained Rxy around 0,729 or (Rxy = 0.729). 2) The result of that has been found (Rxy = 0,729) then consulted with the value of r table (rt) contained in the table of product moment. It can be known by using the test significance level of 5% and 1%. 3) test significance level of 5% were Rxy value greater than the value of rt or (0.729 > 0.195). Test significant level of 1% Rxy is greater than the value of rt or (0.729 > 0.256). The authors propose the hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, Ha, which reads " There is Relationship Between Spiritual Intelligence With Boarding School Pupils personality AlHidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto " is acceptable as truth.

This research was conducted in Kepahiang District, Bengkulu Province which had been held from April 29, 2015 until May 29, 2015. The purposes of this study were (1). To determine level of service quality rice seed Cigeulis in BBIPP, (2). To determine level of Satisfaction of consumers to services rice seed Cigeulis. The method used for the service is a method Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the level of satisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the CSI service Cigeulis rice seed in the district Kepahiang Bengkulu province amounted to 80,35% of this index is on a scale satisfied. PENDAHULUAN Mubyarto (1989) menyatakan bahwa " Indonesia merupakan Negara pertanian, artinya pertanian memegang peranan penting dari keseluruhan perekonomian nasional ". Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dari banyaknya penduduk atau tenaga kerja yang hidup atau bekerja pada sektor pertanian atau dari produk nasional yang berasal dari pertanian. Menurut Yudono (2003) bahwa " Kemajuan sistem pertanian menuntut ketersediaan benih padi unggul yang bermutu tepat waktu, mutu, varietas, jumlah, tempat pelayanan, harga dan berkesinambungan ". Varietas unggul memegang peranan paling menonjol dalam peningkatan hasil dan juga merupakan komponen utama dalam pengendalian hama dan penyakit yang suka menyerang komoditas tanaman pangan ini. Salah satu varietas unggul padi yang banyak diminati petani adalah " Cigeulis " , sehingga pertanamannya dan penyebarannya cukup meluas. Sifat-sifat varietas Cigeulis sebenarnya telah dimiliki oleh varietas pendahulunya, yaitu varietas " Ciherang " yang sampai saat ini belum terasingi oleh varietas manapun.
