Antropogenic development

Eighteen kilometers long coastal stretch from the New Mangalore Port in the north toTalapadi in the south has been studied in order to understand shoreline changes and erosion/ accretion patterns that have taken place due to the natural processes and anthropogenic activities. Shoreline changes and quantification of beach erosion/accretion were made using the Survey of India topomap, multidated satellite images and beach profile surveys. During 1967-97 period, most of the beaches were accreted, except those lie just towards south of the Netravati and Gurpur river mouth in Sector III. During 1997-2001 period also, the beaches showed accretion trend, but they were subjected to severe erosion during 2001-05 in all the four sectors. The beaches in Sectors I-III are polluted due to discharges of effluents and very poor maintenance.

Human economic activity a ects the quantity and quality of available resources, environmental values and ecosystem services as well.  e article aims to identify and evaluate the nature and scale of the negative impacts of economic activity on the natural environment in the municipalities of the Poznan City Agglomeration. As the starting point the concept of ecosystem services was taken. At the beginning the state of research on this issue and a review of key literature was considered.  en an analysis of the impact of the economic system on the natural environment in terms of spatial diversity of form and intensity of the pressure was made.  e study included 17 district municipalities and the City of Poznan.  e result con rmed the assumed hypothesis of a non-uniform spatial distribution of the intensity of the pressure.  e authors distinguished the components of the environment particularly vulnerable to the pressures of economic activity as well.  e regularity that occurs in terms of the scale of the pressure exerted depending on the structure of the local economy (the largest entities) is also demonstrated.
W artykule podjęto próbę identyfi kacji i oceny negatywnych oddziały-wań działalności gospodarczej na środowisko przyrodnicze w gminach aglomeracji poznańskiej. Punktem wyjścia do podjętych rozważań jest koncepcja świadczeń ekosystemów, których jakość i ilość pod wpływem presji zostaje ograniczona. Na wstępie przedstawiono stan badań nad tym zagadnieniem oraz dokonano przeglądu literatury przedmiotu. Następnie przeprowadzono analizę oddziaływania systemu gospodarczego na otoczenie przyrodnicze pod kątem przestrzennego zróżnicowania formy i intensywności presji. Badaniem objęto 17 gmin powiatu poznańskiego oraz miasto Poznań. W efekcie opisano rozkład przestrzenny wywieranej presji oraz wyróżniono komponenty środowiska szczególnie narażone na presję działalno-ści gospodarczej. Wskazano także prawidłowości, jakie zachodzą w zakresie skali wywieranej presji w zależności od struktury lokalnej gospodarki (jej największych podmiotów).

El antropocentrismo metafísico delineado por autores como Kant, Heidegger, Lévinas y Lacan nos permite situarlos en una misma línea que define el umbral entre el hombre y el animal: el poder de autorreferencia. Este poder- tener un “yo” o poder ser un “yo”, la vocación a la egoidad, es lo que se le niega al animal, es decir, la experiencia de la auto-posición o autotelia auto-demostrativa. La facultad de referirse a sí mismo, que coincide con la responsabilidad del sujeto y con lo que (en la metafísica) eleva el hombre por encima de todos los vivientes, funda su poder sobre los animales. Este es el principio a partir del cual esta comunicación reinterpreta tales posturas filosóficas, poniéndolo en relación con la lingüística y el psicoanálisis. La presente investigación pretende responder a las siguientes preguntas: ¿qué es un animal? ¿Cuál es la animalidad humana? ¿Cómo deviene humano el animal? En torno a esta última cuestión se plantean tres etapas fundamentales para devenir-humano a partir de lo que es animal. La antropogénesis es el proceso a través el cual un ejemplar de Homo sapiens deviene sujeto, es decir, un cuerpo animal capaz de decir de sí mismo “yo”. Las tres tesis que se proponen se centran en: a) el nombre, por el cual el cuerpo se escinde en cuerpo carnal y cuerpo simbólico; b) la negación, en función de la cual el cachorro de Homo sapiens utiliza el lenguaje como forma de poder sobre su cuerpo y sobre la alteridad; c) el ser un “yo”, la última etapa, que presupone el poder-saber quién es el “yo” y por qué lo es, en qué condiciones concretas. La frontera entre animal y hombre es deconstruida desde la perspectiva de diferentes corrientes filosóficas contemporáneas. Se trata de restituir al animal dicho poder y también de preguntarse si el hombre tiene el derecho de atribuir con rigor al hombre lo que le niega al animal y si él nunca ha tenido un concepto puro, riguroso e indivisible en cuanto tal. Este movimiento deconstructivo muestra las borraduras de las huellas de la remoción psicoanalítica que subyace al lenguaje. De dicha remoción surge una consecuencia problemática al respecto de estas posiciones: que lo indica la diferencia entre el hombre y el animal es el lenguaje, aunque este no es un dato natural porque no es intrínseco a la naturaleza psicofísica del hombre, sino que se trata de una producción histórica que no pertenece ni al hombre ni al animal. Este territorio, escindido por el umbral socio-cultural del lenguaje, puede ser reconquistado por la animalidad que elimina las diferencias.
