and French revolutions, it’s impact is demonstrated in the federal republic of 1811 in which, by a sovereign agreement of the delegated nation in representation of the sovereign states that were associated, agreed to confederate for the institution of the legal-political framework which they named Federal Constitution for the States of Venezuela

У статті проведене комплексне правове дослідження конфедерації як наддержавного утворення згідно із сучасних методологічних досягнень в юридичній науці на основі історичних прикладів. Проаналізовані основні ознаки конфедеративного устрою, які дозволяють його відмежувати від суміжних форм державної організації.

The article deals with complex legal research of confederation as supranational union according to modern methodological achievement of jurisprudence on the historical basis’ examples. The main attitudes of confederal system that able to dissolve it from contagious forms of state organization are analyzed.

Le projet concernant Chaalan est né en 2001 à Damas, en réunissant progressivement une équipe pluridisciplinaire dont les membres appartenaient alors à l’Atelier du Vieux Damas (Ifpo) puis au GREMMO  à Lyon. Cette collaboration, officialisée par une convention entre l’Ifpo et le GREMMO a donné lieu à plusieurs missions collectives des chercheurs lyonnais entre 2005 et 2008 et enfin à cette publication qui est l’œuvre d’un effort collégia..

In a period when American liberalism was marginalizing itself, European socialism was exhausted, and cultural radicalism had become little more than a sideshow, the contributors to The Left in Search of a Center probed questions of how political community could be imagined and constituted in the contemporary world. The book explored the idea of a political community anchored in the pluralistic and cross-cultural nature of late twentieth-century Western societies.

Resumen

Actualmente esta en crisis la esencia de la integración europea, que es la idea de proceso abierto y continuo, en lo económico, en lo político. Reiniciar el debate sobre el modelo político de la integración y sus modos democráticos de articulación es recuperar también el impulso esencial y el relato del proyecto europeo. Se propone plantear explícitamente un nuevo modelo de legitimidad para Europa, mediante un Pacto Confederal entre Estados y ciudadanos.

Currently the essence of European integrationis in crisis : the idea of an open and continuous process in the economy and in the politics. Restart the debate on the political model of integration and its democratic modes of articulation is also recovering the very essential aims of the integration process, and the story of the European project. It is proposed to explicitly discuss new model of legitimacy to Europe, through a Confederal Pact between States and citizens.
