Criative Economy

O compartilhamento inserido na moda, economia criativa e sustentabilidade é pauta para o estudo teórico em questão. Foram analisados fatores relevantes dentro de cada um desses conceitos através de pesquisas exploratórias online e revisão bibliográfica dos autores Richard Florida, Lilyan Berlim, Lisa Gansky, Rachel Botsman e Roo Rogers. A economia criativa é um conceito com base em recursos criativos potencialmente geradores de crescimento e desenvolvimento econômico, e suas características envolvem a multidisciplinaridade, diversidade, pensamento global, velocidade e o compartilhamento. Este é decorrente da significativa mudança da sociedade, que passa a ter um pensamento cada vez menos individualista e mais comunitário. Após análise de empresas que utilizam o compartilhamento e o consumo colaborativo, é apresentado como estudo de caso o blog de moda “Garotas Estúpidas” de Camila Coutinho, como referência do uso de mídias digitais para o compartilhamento sombrio e corrupto de informação e divulgação de marcas. Os resultados obtidos permitiram ao grupo concluir que: a) a tecnologia e a internet são fatores primordiais para a otimização do compartilhamento; b) as blogueiras têm participação ativa na decisão de compra do consumidor, tornando-se elementos influenciadores deste processo; c) as blogueiras inicialmente criam vínculos fraternais com seus leitores, e se aproveitam deste poder para ditar que produtos devem comprar, utilizando o vínculo paternal; d) reconhecendo o papel que os blogs desempenham na decisão de compra, as marcas criam estratégias de marketing para tirar proveito destes vínculos, podendo aumentar suas vendas e até mesmo reposicionar-se no mercado.

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to approach and define the creative economy under the concept of the main local and international authors, as well as, identify the list of public policies that introduced the creative economy in Brazil.
The creative economy consists of an important sector affected by the public policies, which may contribute for both local and national development, based on the model used worldwide. It is discussed about material and immaterial heritage and social, cultural and economic development.
With that being said, starting from the neighborhood of Ribeira, in the city of Natal, in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, we aimed to identify and highlight its main creative sector, the music. For the achievement of this paper’s objectives, there were used the qualitative analysis techniques, including semi-structured interview, observation and photography in order to define the Project “Ribeira Boêmia”.
This paper does not seek for exhausting the subject. Its contributions consists of introduce new definitions to the subject and expose a new way of notice the creative economy as an important factor for the economical and social development of the societies

ABSTRACT
The city of Natal, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, is known for its natural characteristics and for being attractive to people of different nationalities and continents, among them, Asian, with intention of address and/or investments. By creative economy, we mean activities that use culture and art, or that encompasses artistic and cultural elements in order to create income or change the value of the good or service rendered. In this way, we intend to identify with the research, the creative sectors in which Asian culture and art are manifested, their spaces and events in the municipality of Natal/RN. This work uses the qualitative methodology and in this context, the observation, the semi structured interview and photography, as research techniques. Therefore, it was possible to understand that Asian culture and art are present in the creative sectors of dance, cultural expressions, music, literature, gastronomy and design, through events and in enterprises such as restaurants, despite the lack of, or absence of policies to promote culture in the cultural and social scene of Natal/RN.

ABSTRACT
In this work we seek to analyze the Incubadora RN Criativa and its relation with the State, in the market of the state of Rio Grande do Norte, from the perspective of the public policies to foment the creative economy, Management. The creative economy was institutionalized in Brazil in 2012 with the creation of the Secretariat of Creative Economy, at the federal level. Objective of the research to discuss as actions of the Creative RN from the Plans of Public Policies to foster the Creative Economy; To present its results achieved in Rio Grande do Norte during its first year after its reactivation in August of 2015 and to know how the professionals of creative sectors perceptions about the role of the Incubator for their cultural enterprises. The methodology used in the study was qualitative, using the interviews feature. Among the activities carried out, a relation of formalization and qualification of the local artists stands out, based on the actions of the Creative RN.
